I ordered a mattress and foundation set and chose delivery and haul away of old items. Delivery team showed up within the 2 hour time frame but only came with my mattress and NO foundation and then to tell me they couldn’t haul away my items because their truck was full to capacity. Definitely not my issue your truck is full and I paid for these services. My delivery time was 9:45 am-11:45am and it’s now 4pm no foundation or line of communication from delivery team or the store which was mad aware of this situation. I wasted my entire day sitting waiting and no product. This is very unprofessional and I definitely don’t deserve this as a paying customer. I’d never recommend this place or spend another dime of my hard earned money there. Totally unacceptable!!! If I could provide ZERO stars that’s definitely what it would be. Sincerely an angry customer.FYI Steve and Randy were awesome from Mattress Firm...it was definitely the delivery team that they contract that made all the errors and didn’t have the integrity to honor or live up to the name Red Carpet delivery services.

The sales guys were very knowledgeable and they had us try quite a few mattresses that were the comfort level we wanted. They provided us with a lot of information on every mattress we laid on and didnt try to pursued us on any one mattress to get.

I called on Friday to make an appointment for the weekend and was able to get in on Saturday, which was super convenient. I was greeted at the door by a lovely sales associate and was asked what I was looking for. I told her, and after testing out half a dozen mattresses, we had my mattress picked it out in less that 10 minutes. The check out process was super simple and my mattress and box spring are being delivered on Friday. I was really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Ordered mattress for king twin was to be delivered today one week from Friday called to confirm time informed ordered at that time I only then found out mattress had been bach ordered day wasted at least I was offered a $108.00 refund (I would rather had the mattress instead ) will see what happens on the 14th.

So glad we stopped!!!!!!Seriously was not even going to shop here, then had time before dinner. Prices were lower than any place we had shopped all day!!! The sales woman was very experienced, awesome to work with, extremely knowledgeable and we walked out of there with a better mattress then we had in mind!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

The man working was super helpful we tried out several different mattresses he didn’t make us feel pressured or anything to spend to much he asked our price limit and we told him 1,500. He took us around and had us lay down and try them. We tried 4 different ones in our price range and we said we liked the last one he then told us we picked the cheapest one in our range and it was a great. We have it delivered next Wednesday and I could not be happier with my experience there I highly suggest them to anyone as their sales team isn’t pushy at all

My husband and I have been wanting to get/ try the purple mattress that so many people has been raving about for almost 5 months now. Luckily mattress firm carried all four types of the purple mattress so we were able to walk into the store and try out the product before purchase which was a really big deal to us. The sales associate Randy was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful whence came to us deciding which one to choose and he helped save a little money by giving different options to purchase the product and all the specials and discounts going on at the time! He made our decision for everything really easy!

My boyfriend and I bought our first bed through Mattress Firm in Saginaw. The representative who worked with us was very helpful and professional. Getting our first bed, we werent entirely sure what was good for us both. After a few questions, we found the one we LOVED. We also got 90-day financing, and two free pillows for the labor day sale! The best experience in a mattress store, and the absolute best sleep of my life! Could never have asked for more!

Greeting was friendly but the agent we worked with was VERY pushy. My husband & I worked with Mark at this store. When we walked in he asked us what our price point was and what we where looking for, which was fine. But when he showed us mattresses he showed us mattresses starting at what we told him we wanted to spend on everything. Then as we where asking questions he would cut us off & answer quickly not letting us finish our questions; or as I would ask my husband a question he would cut me off and say it was fine. Then as we where checking out he told us to do a Google review, then he hung over my shoulder as I was trying to write the review which made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Went in to the Saginaw location with intentions not to buy but to just see what was out there. We had our minds made up to buy from another store before hand. Willie was great to deal with very nice, genuine and actually cares about you getting the right mattress for you regardless on how much the mattress is. He was very informative on every brand he had in the store and could explain to us the pros and cons for everyone we looked at. We will definitely refer him to everyone we speak to.
