They do not honor their in store coupons. The coupon says buy 3 smoothies get a 6 count fruit fix box free.Every time I go to Edible Arrangements I get a minimum of three smoothies.I asked to use the coupon and the lady looked at me and said that it is only valid after 3 visits, NOT 3 smoothies.Then the coupons should say after 3 VISITS you get a free fruit box, not 3 smoothies.I went to the website to see the terms and conditions for this coupon and I could not find a clarification that says its after three visits.I come here very often and Its upsetting that I cant use the coupons that are offered.However, our smoothies tasted perfectly delicious.

Normally I would give them 5 stars, but my Valentine berries were quite disappointing. About the top third of each berry was really unripe. Not very tasty either. One berry was rotten.

I ordered this for a memorial, I was nervous it would not make it in time due to it being on a Sunday but Edible Arrangements went out of their way to not only get it there in a timely manner but it was gorgeous and delicious 💗

I go there about 2 -3 times out of a month... Me and my children love it there... Every time I go I spend $60 to $100.. Usually the strawberry be fresh and dip... But this time around they look wrinkle and out dated dip in chocolate... But Im still going to be shopping there just this time Im going to look more carefully before I get them..

I placed an order for my sisters birthday. I was delivered on time but the order was wrong. I sent a note explaining the issue. I got a call from the owner personally asking if she could redeliver the correct order. She went above and beyond and I will use their store in the future. Would highly reccomend!

I bought a ballon from Walt Disney World for a present during Christmas. I went to Party City willing to pay for the balloon to be blown up and they were not helpful. I called Edible Arrangements to see if they could help since I knew they had balloons. Leigh told us to come by and see what she could do. She was able to blow the difficult balloon up (Disney balloons are double walled) and assist us to make my moms Christmas a little brighter. We offered to pay but she refused. The rest of the other staff was also helpful. I would recommend going here based on the helpfulness of staff :) Plus their products are delicious.

Just left. Smelled amazing in the store and it was very clean. This was my first trip here and I wanted to get something for my Moms birthday. Brittany was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you!

Not what I order at allI told them my wife was allergic to pineapple I ordered the berry plater with a bear I had to run back in at the last minute to get the bear because I realize it wasn’t with the order. 1st time going here. Ever bad experience

Was told they would deliver my items I preordered with free delivery .so I was told thr driver was already out delivering when I pulled up to pick up my own order on my Anniversary day and the delivery vehicle was sitting there .

My Order for Valentine’s Day was not delivered to the recipient in time. I had specified this was a business my order was going to in the description of my order. So when they contacted the recipient at 8pm! to deliver the recipient told the driver where she was and she refused to deliver? So I called the rude manager in the morning to cancel and she said “she doesn’t want it” I said no it’s no longer Valentine’s Day. Her response was “I didn’t spend Valentine’s Day with my family” Whatever that means? That had nothing to do with my order but ok. Then she still charged me a 21 dollar delivery fee. Edible Arrangements can take that 20 and shove it up that manager she obviously needs it more than me. Garbage company 🗑 sticking to flowers from now on. They get delivered on time. And have better customer service not some incompetent, ignorant manager.

Called this morning to ask about delivery to a business in Shields, Customer Service Rep was less than stellar with communication and explanation. I spent a good 10 minutes on the phone and multiple times told them where I wanted it to be delivered. When I asked to place the order was put on hold and then told after a brief wait that Shields is to far away from Saginaw Township and they will not deliver, it is to far out of their way. I was taken back as I have used them before to the same business. I asked again to be sure and was made certain they would not. Hard to believe my 100.00 was turned away. I assured that I will not use this business again.

The free samples were so exciting! My mom and I both got smoothies and they were delicious. It was pur first time going in and the lady at the counter was very kind and helpful.

Spent $45 on chocate covered strawberries and bananas, strawberries had mold! and bananas, were brown and rotten, WILL NOT return as well as contact health and food administration, avoid this place at all costs!

My wife would rather have edible arrangement for birthday or any occasion than flowers. Especially chocolate covered.

Every time I go to this location I am always let down. If I ask for no white chocolate they overload it with it. If I ask for a box on the side....they put it in with the arrangement. This is the 3rd year in a row they’ve messed up my child’s school birthday treat. And the staff is all excuses...expect nothing from them..then you’d be satisfied. I’m done...never again.

Ordered an arrangement online the day before Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my wife’s office, however it was never delivered on Valentine’s Day. When I called after 5:00 pm to ask why it was never delivered, Tracy the manager told me they were still out making delivery’s and the would stay out till all were delivered. Well the office where my wife works closes at 5:00 pm. I asked why they were unable to deliver in a timely manor Tracy told me the had 640 delivery’s that day. REALLY?? WHAT A SURPRISE. why didn’t you and your place of business take the necessary steps to insure you could deliver all of the orders on what I’m guessing is one of your biggest days of the year? Now I look like a jackass and My wife was the only woman in her office to not receive anything for Valentine’s Day. Now I’m scrambling to make something happen. You have failed miserably on all levels.
