Heidi has been helpful and very willing to work with our group. We take an idea to her and she makes it into a design that is unique and one of a kind. She always has our order ready when we arrive to pick it up. I have worked with Heidi over the phone, by email, and by going into her store. In all instances throughout the past 5 years that she has done work for us, she has been professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I recently used Sport-Tee for the first time and their services were great. They staff was very helpful in that they communicated with me through the entire process. Everything came out looking great! If you want high quality screen printed shirts look no further.

Placed order for about 14 shirts for our work out gang...They got right on it and order was completed real fast including a great job with the screen printing details. Price was fair, shirts of good quality, and all receivers of the shirts happy with the results. Only other comment/suggestion would be to allow purchaser to take on loan a few shirts to show as sizing was a bit off....especially when you factor in the numerous wash cycles the shirts will encounter. I would say the small is more like a medium....That way, all receivers can make up their own mind regarding the fit before shirts are produced.

Small jobs (which is what I had) clearly put on the back burner but ultimately I received item by my must have by date & it looked good so no real issues.

I always stay local if I can. I needed some shirts for my company in a very short amount of time. They got them completed for me very quickly, and although I wash them often (multiple times a week), the logos are not fading or cracking. So they obviously know what they are doing.My only complaint is that they do not know they size variations and styles between the manufactures. I like golf style polos that wick water away as I work outside. They gave me some Gildean polos that not only were too small for me (you could really tell), but they were also not the fabric type of the golf polos I usually get from the store.Nevertheless, I will be ordering from them again this year. I have not decided if I will buy my shirts and take them there or order the shirts from them. I do not want to be stuck with (5) shirts that do not fit and watch $200.00 go down the drain. But their service and quality is great!
