I did a full treatment here. I had the Ana Luis facial with Kamaria. She is awesome. She has the perfect touch and so nice. My massage and reflexology was with Alison and the only way I can explain it: it was like her hands were performing a ballet to the music. You have to experience it.I had a haircut by Luis. He is a super nice human being, very easy to talk to and he let me know everything he was going to do beforehand. All around 10 stars for this place 🌟

Completely honest review!The facial with Sydney was AMAZING! The customer service is also GREAT! I wasn’t able to book a massage so they gave me a complimentary sauna session. Very friendly staff that made me feel comfortable, and a very nice atmosphere!The reason I am only giving three stars is because i was not impressed with the pedicures. It is 55 dollars, but they have you sit in what is basically a torn up computer chair and it was pretty uncomfortable after about 20 minutes. I would never get a pedicure there again, I have had cheaper pedicures elsewhere that include massage chairs and high tech foot baths. I would not recommend getting your pedicure here but I definitely would go back for the other services, such as the facial!

From the minute I walked in the staff was relaxed and attentive. It felt very nice to be pampered as I got my hair cut. Lisa was very nice and I loved her energy. She really paid attention to my cut and it looks and feels great. Thank you for your great customer service from beginning to end!

I had a facial and a massage. Both Sydney and Allison explained how they normally do their services and were very welcoming. They both also made sure I was comfortable with everything they did.

Sydney is hands down the best! Went there and have never been waxed before, she made me feel so comfortable explained everything that was going on! Talked through everything that was happening, she makes you feel like she’s known you for years! More laughs than silence which kept my mind off what was happening, walked in there nervous, left feeling so comfortable! Would recommend her to anyone that is wanted to sugar wax! Will be going back to her for any of my waxing needs! Not to mention the girls at the front desk especially Chelsea make the salon such an amazing and comfortable environment!

As a first time customer and my first time getting sugared, Jenna and the front counter staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable! It is very clean and calm and worth every penny. Will definitely be coming back for all my manicures and hair removals! Would give it 10 stars if i could!

The girl who did my nails was very sweet and nice but seemed a little inexperienced. I just got home and took a closer look and honestly they look very messy. I usually dont write these but if Im being honest I could have done just as good a job at home if not better, so I just dont think it was worth the money.Update: They got back to me within an hour of this post and went WAY above and beyond to find another time for me to come in and have my toes redone. Unfortunately I live out of state so I was not able to make it back in before I left but they told me they will give me a free pedicure next time I am in town. So absolute A+ for service!!!

I had a great experience here! Jenna was amazing like she made me feel super comfortable and was super friendly and even helped my anixety but just talking with me the whole time and gave me some great education on sugar waxing. I recommend this place and jenna!

I have been going to Ana Luis for over 8 years and have experienced facials, massages, nail services and hair services. The staff are always very friendly and the environment is relaxing. I have never been disappointed. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience.

I went to Ana Luis on Friday May 31st, to get a Acrylic fill and hot stone massage after. I was greeted by a nice upfront lady who said that Emilee would be with me shortly to do my nails. I had arrived 10 minutes early like they recommend doing on the website. Emilee came out to get me 10 minutes after my appointment should have started. Didnt introduce herself or smile at me at all. When I was walking back she asked me if I just wanted regular polish? I stated that I had shellac on them right now but regular was fine. She then looked at my nails and said um we should have time pick out a shellac color then I guess. I picked out a color and sat down she asked if I liked the length and I stated they have to be a little shorter for work. She never made them any shorter. The shellac is see through and I do not like them at all, my middle finger has bubbles and they look like I need a fill when I just got them done 4 days ago. She was not friendly and did not try to make conversation or asked if I liked them once. I paid $50 to get a fill and shellac that I hate. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because Alison who did my hot stone massage was amazing!!! I cant than her enough for the massage and not making my whole experience bad.

Love my cut! The stylist are there to please. Its the owner and receptionist that might be to busy. With some tweaking my style came out exactly what I wanted. But when I had a concern the owner & receptionist were to busy. I had some questions. It might have been better if it wasnt a gift. “I heard the owners vacation was great.”

Hope is super fun and did a fantastic job on my pedicure, it looks perfect a week later! Will definitely be back and am excited to try out other services with them. The whole staff is super welcoming!

My experience was great! It was my first time trying the sugar wax and Honesty was my esthetician and she was awesome. I felt comfortable the whole time and overall I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone looking for a waxing place. My husband and I were in town visiting family in Midland. We are from Dallas, TX. Since our trip was during our 2 year anniversary, we were looking for a place close by for a couples massage. After searching online, we found this place and booked the couples retreat. The lunch was catered in by crumbs and I have to say it was AWESOME!!! (going to write a review for them, too!). The entire staff was very professional without being frigid; very personable while making sure YOU were the focus of their business. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire package; facial, massage, lunch, sauna time (even though we laughed the Sauna was the same temperature as our home in Dallas!). The attention to detail was much appreciated and we are still talking about how great of an experience it was. We will make sure to stop by again next time we visit Michigan. For all the locals out there, you dont know what you are missing if you havent been here yet!!!

Amanda is a wonderful esthetician! I saw her for regular sugaring services over a 4 year period. I started while I was working in Saginaw but living in Midland. Even after I was no longer working in Saginaw, I still went to see her at Ana Luis. Then I moved to Lansing and kept making the trek to her because of comfortability with her. The only reason for a switch was because I moved 450 miles and was no longer regularly in the area.

I was given a spa retreat gift certificate and thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Ana Luis Salon. Everyone was very friendly and the facial, mani and pedi were wonderful.

One of my former colleagues works here and she is an amazing esthetician and nail technician.

I love the atmosphere everyone was friendly it was clean and they are very personal try to get to know all the clients that goes there. The problem is I came for a blowout and all she did was flat iron my hair. She didnt wash it or anything. When she went to flat iron my hair she asked me did I want oil and I feel that should be a given. Also when she finished she didnt hand me a mirror to see the back of my hair now I know why because when I got home its like she didnt straighten to rows of my hair. I asked for my eyebrows to get done and told her I just want them cleaned up and she took off half my eyebrow I want them thinner not shorter. Lastly when it was time to pay she tried to overcharge me the lady at the desk had to correct her. If I do come back it will only be for a massage or to get my nails done.

Absolute terrible customer service! There was no FinePrint on their website or anything saying if youre a few minutes late that you cant come to the appointment ! Because if I wouldve known that then I wouldnt of wasted my gas to come all the way down here ! I drove over an hour to come to my appointment just to be a few minutes late actually nine minutes late to be exact to get turned away! I would never book with them again! What establishment doesnt give a little leeway time?? Especially somebody with have a babysitter for their children and drives over an hour to get there!

My best friend was in town, and we wanted to get side by side pedis. The salon had spots open up yesterday. We were both thrilled! After a bit of miscommunication on the spas part, as explained next. (They told her wed both be at 11:45, after I called and made my apt separately, but she received a confirmation text stating hers was at 11:15. She called, and they told her it was actually at 11:30.) After the miscommunication of 3 separate timed apts, we were seated together. The 2 ladies that did our pedis were EXTREMELY nice. I opted for the Ana Luis pedi, while my friend got a basic mani/pedi combination. My pedi was finished prior to my friends, even though hers began 15 minutes earlier. And it ended 10 minutes after mine. My friend also received additional steps in her pedi, which I witnessed and did not receive, even though mine was an upgraded pedi. I wish I could post a picture of my heels. They callous very easily, as I walk for my job. My pedicurist only filed my heels approx 5 times. The are still incredibly rough, which is why I decided to write a review. After paying $55 for a pedicure and an $8 tip (I believe in tipping, even for the poor execution of a product), I felt I needed to write a review. Considering this was just yesterday.
