I was a customer there and then worked there for over 6 months. The managers use hard racial slurs on the floor and urge their workers to follow customers around. They say negative things about the health food store next to them as if theyre better. Its a very unprofessional place. Garbage management. Also the owners eat fast food every day so not exactly a great look for a health center. This place is a joke. I cant believe its still open.

Went in there today and was super uncomfortable, I was standing there the employee was standing there staring at me after I told her when I was at the vitamins that I didnt need help I was just looking, so I go to the freezer area and I can literally see the male and the female looking in my direction while Im shopping. I dont know if they thought was stealing or what but they literally stare at you from the time you walk in until you leave, I was talking out the door and literally put my arms up and patted my pockets lie here I have nothing Jesus Christ. Ill never come back.

By far one of my favorite stores yet! I’ve never left disappointed and always greeted with joy. Highly recommend stopping in.

Great selection of vitamin and healthy products

Visited the store today, and no employees were wearing masks. After inquiring about why none of the employees were wearing masks, the clerk responded with saying that the employees have health conditions not allowing them to have to wear a mask. The ADA has clearly stated that there are NO health conditions that would necessitate not wearing either a surgical mask or face shield. I will never visit this store again, as they clearly do no respect their customers health.... AT A HEALTH STORE!!!

Got two steps in the door, saw that the cashier wasnt wearing a mask, turned around and walked out. There is literally no excuse for for not wearing one right now. What a total lack of concern for the health of your customers and staff. Had to drive to the other side of town for what I needed. Just disappointing.

First time in and they definitely made a great first impression. Within 5 seconds of being in the store I was welcomed by a friendly employee who pointed me twords the keto section. The manage must have heard me ask for keto stuff because he came over introduced himself and told me he has been doing a keto diet for years. We chatted for at least 10 minutes and he was able to give me a few recommendations of things he has had success with and enjoyed. If youre looking for healthy food a good selection and awesome personal friendly service definitely check them out!!

Wonderful products to choose from. Will not work/shop here again. Manager has no sense of privacy & respect. Too bad, nice little store, great employees (cashiers)

I locked my keys in my car. The owner cared and let me use his business phone to call for help. He noticed that my car window was cracked a bit and told me he could probably give me a hand and help me get it unlocked. He went out of his way and got it open. He actually cared and thats rare!!!! He also honors veteran discounts, and he has monthly rewards for customers. I really appreciate this small businesses and I drive out of town to buy all my health needs from him. All his employees are helpful and knowledgeable in the products that the store carries. I rate this store with excellent customer service and quality products.

I like grains and greens but be fair with your prices from day to day. The young lady was nice when asking about the price of a product but the manager came out of the back and said no its not that price. We explained we were just here yesterday and it was a certain price. He said well its not today. I told my family Lets go but she still bought something but not that item.

I’ve always loved this place for several years. I started feeling a little differently when I made a purchase and the sales associate told me that I couldn’t use my card (spend $100 get $10 off). She stated that nothing I had were vitamins.I didn’t argue with her, but had she read the card, a few of my items did qualify.Maybe she was new on the job, but used to always see the same few people when I went in. Lately it’s always different.

Great little business they have an excellent selection of bulk spices staff is always friendly and helpful. Interior looks a little dated but dont let that fool you if youre looking for organic/health food options this is the place to go. They take credit cards or cash and have plenty of treats for you or your kids as well as a refrigerated section.

Disappointed, they dont practice health and human safety guidelines.

They also offer $10 off your next purchase once you spend over $100 but you have to get a Grains & Greens card stamped after each purchase. This an awesome way to keep me coming back to this store as well as refer someone else to go!

Grains n Greens is my store. Ive been going there for decades. They always have what I needed. I love their: bulk herbs, honey, oils, nuts, flaxseeds, vitamins & minerals, and foods. The staff is very friendly too. Theyre so patient with me, especially June. Lol.

My husband and I visited this store on different days and both of us were followed around by white women, as if we were stealing. I did like this store. Even with some of their products being twice the price, over other stores. However, after going into this store on two other occasions, and ALWAYS experiencing this. We are done, spending our money there. Always try to give people the benefit of proving our assumptions wrong. Always a fail. Smh. 😑

The store has a variety of Healthy foods and Vitamins. The products are on the high price end. You can find many of their products at Meijers and Walmart.

I love this store and always try to stop by when I am visiting Saginaw. They have great customer service and a wonderful variety of products.
