Changing my review it started out like this: C & M homes has been the best to us, we had a really bad house fire and went with them for our new house Frank was always responsive to our calls and emails the owner herself came out in bad weather to visit with us and handle some paperwork. They treated us like family. Couldnt ask for a friendlier staff.BUT NOW WHEN IT IS TIME FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THINGS THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING CALLS AND HAVE NOT BEEN OUT. Then need to hold their end of the deal up. We have cracks that showed up not long after we moved in on the drywall they said they would come back out and fix them. Our contact say up to 18mounth no one has shown up to fix them. Our master shower isn’t lasting, we had to redo plumbing under kitchen sink cause it kept leaking, we have a bubble in the floor they knew about before we even moved it. Not to mention the deck is pulling up and cracking.
