They have too many jobs going on at once and take high paying jobs over all others. Which is good for them but not a good practice to keep customers.

Very unprofessional or race its simce june 2016 i called till September 2016 no one as came to my location to take measurements of my 8windows for me to get some neon signs.i have called them about 20 time and spoke to a lady that answer they phone she keep telling me oh am sorry i make sure the onwer stop by to take your measurements and your order humm wow that never happen.yesterday September 15 2016 i call again this time it was a gentleman that answer the phone and he say he need my name and number that he will pass that along to the onwer to contact me about any order and i did.but i told him that i have been trying to have someone come out to measure my window and take my orders because this is my second busness location that i just open so far i havent seen no one since june i have been calling they office and the gentleman say if the owner do not call you by 11 am on September16 2016 give me a call back and i say ok.guess what no called yet from no one.right now its September 16 2016 at 4:07pm no calls yet from them i just called them they pick the pgone and hang it up.i have never order anything from this people before i dont even know where there are located i got they number from sign tec as a refferal that they are the only company in saginaw that does neon light .omg very arogant, ignorant and racist folks that work they do not waist your time and energy with thise looser company
