Every time I go here they are the nicest people possible working. They are super helpful and never make you feel dumb for not knowing anything when it comes to ink like me! The guys working today went above and beyond and made my whole day. Love this place and will continue going here everytime my printer needs something!

Ive purchased ink for my business multiple times during the pandemic, and they will happily deliver even the smallest ink order. I really appreciate how helpful they are over the phone, and how quickly they deliver the ink. I will be a very loyal customer because of how great they have been.

Honestly, I drive from Flint to Saginaw just to work with Matt. They are fantastic here! And even if they dont have something new that Im looking for theyll find it for me. Just a fantastic place and people!!

This company truly understands what customer service is all about. They actually delivered our items the next day. They are extremely knowledgeable about many different brands of office equipment, and the problems you may encounter. I have been purchasing my personal office supplies from them for years, and still am greeted with a very sincerely hello every time I enter their business. They guarantee all of their products, but you will never need to use it. They are the best!

I saved about $30 by utilizing Cartridge World instead of buying new ink from Staples. I thought thered be a wait to refill my old ones, but they have your kind ready and in stock for you when you arrive and just take the old ones off your hands. Plus, the guy behind the counter was super friendly and I really liked that they bring their dog to work there- it just felt home-towny to me and made me feel like I was supporting local people and a local business. I just dont see any downside to going here- cheaper, faster (because youre not hunting up and down for an A11 or P64 or whatever), green, friendly service, and youre supporting a local business.
