I had an awesome experience working with Eli and his team in getting transferred over to AT&T. Ive gone there a few times and its always great to work with a professional. Always a speedy and good result.
I was really impressed with the customer service of one young man twice when visiting this location earlier this week. He was helpful, kind and extremely patient with me and other customers, even when he had a busy store to tend to! Great job.

Excellent service. Eli was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped set up new services. Highly recommend the AT&T store at Manchester and Lindbergh in Kirkwood, MO. The representatives are extremely well trained in providing service and satisfaction.
Doesn’t deserve one star. Terrible terrible terrible. Unfortunately I don’t know his name, but whoever helped us today should not work there. He didn’t want to get off his stool. Didn’t listen. Didn’t care. Go to the other AT&T on Manchester near Trader Joe’s. Apparently they’re used to fixing the screw ups that happen at this place.
Usually get good service from AT&T but they’ve got a new manager Eli and you can def tell this makes all the difference. They genuinely cared about my problem with my phone and gave me multiple options to fix it. It felt good so I’ll def be going back.
Ive been an AT&T customer since Cingular and SW Bell days and the service keeps getting worse.Stopped by this store today while there was one person working and only one other customer in the store, planning to buy a couple of phones for my business. I waited for five minutes without acknowledgement, when it became apparent that the employee was simply chatting with the other person as an acquaintance...not even a customer! I waited a few more minutes before finally walking out...even then not being acknowledged (no Ill be right with you?).This is not the first time Ive seen this at this store, but the first time its happened to me. Too many other phone companies want my $$$s to deal with this. See you later.

I met with Stacia and her store manager today at this location and had the most pleasant experience. They were on the ball; efficient; extremely polite; and helpful. In a relatively short time they solved a problem I have been wrestling with for the past month. I came away impressed and thankful for their assistance. I highly recommend them.
I was appalled at the treatment and terrible customer service that I both endured and witnessed today from your associate -Lauren. She was boldly rude and combative and completely unprofessional. I have had great experience with your store in the past and being a P.R. Professional I deem it most important to make you aware of this extremely unprofessional experience and display of behavior. She was rude and completely unhelpful - borderline offensive and spoke rudely to another customer while she was making it clear that she also had no interest in helping me. I welcome the opportunity to discuss the situation in further detail - however I will taking my future business elsewhere.
Steve was amazing!!! He was SO helpful, went to another store to retrieve the exact iphone that I wanted and was just so nice about it all. He helped me set up everything, apply my screen protection and explained everything thoroughly. He didnt miss a beat!!! I highly recommend seeing Steve at this AT&T!!!
Great experience at this store. The representative was able to get me a new phone and save on my monthly bill! I will recommend this store to all of my friends and family!!

It says they close at eight we all got there at 725 and the workers were sitting at the tables talking and locked the doors they just closed early because they felt like it if thats not the correct times then it needs to be edited it looks bad for employes to be sitting around talking and lockong doors when there supposed to be open !
I never write reviews but feel I must let you know what a wonderful employee you have at your Warson Woods store. Jeremie helped me late this afternoon and was wonderful to us. I had been to two other AT&T stores earlier and was very discouraged. After waiting a very long timethey informed me they could not help me. I was desperate because it was my 11year old my daughters phone and she was leaving for camp and needed her phone to work. Jeremie was able to totally fix our problem in a short period of time. He went out of his way to help me with my phone and answer our many questions. He was so helpful and kind to us. Please keep Jeremie at that AT&T store for us. He is the best!!Gratefully,Pat Medler

They sign you up for a 2 year whatever we wanna do, whatever we wanna charge, whatcha gonna do contract, and the games begin. Autopay is a joke, and their phones are less than junk. AT&T is a joke. But then again, this is standard operating proceedure with these corporations anymore. AT&T probably doesnt screw you anymore than all the other phone companies, but they arent any better either. Get ready for the ride. Itll cost ya!
I came in a few months ago to cancel all of my services bc I was so fed up with AT&T insanely high pricing. I walked in the store ready to give someone the full extent of my fury and rage. The rep ignored my antics and said, I understand your frustration, but if you would give me a few minutes of your time, Id like to redeem us. He opened my account and showed me how much Id been paying and then showed my how much I could/should be paying by switching from uverse TV to DirecTV and going from my 60gb data plan to unlimited. All in all, Ive been saving about $125+ dollars a month including taxes for almost 4 months. When I asked him how could he do what no one else even thought of doing. His reply: Thats simple...Im Mr. Incredible. LolImagine that....from canceling to commendations.

Had no idea what was going on, ended up on the phone for an hour at the store but got it handled, remind me again why the brick and morter place exists when they really dont do much. Ive been in this position more than once, waste of time. If it wasnt for the coverage Id drop them in a sec for the customer service.
We just left the store and it was the absolute worse customer service. My husband was the only customer in there and basically had to wait on himself. We will not be going back.
The staff here is really ontop of their game.

This is the slowest AT&T store ever. Twice now I have gotten fed up and left before even seeing a customer service agent. Three people with two employees last time and two people with two employees this time.
