These guys do extraordinary work and they are honest, friendly and professional. There is really nothing more you can ask for from them! I’ve had them do embroidery on several high-end garments for our top employees and the work they did was excellent! They also worked with me one time when I had a rush job and were able to help me get something done within a tight deadline. I highly recommend!

I work for a small company and we were going crazy trying to find someone that would personalize a small quantity of apparel without charging us out the nose. On top of that, our tradeshow is coming up, so we didnt have time to wait for shipping. I called EmbroidMe in Salem and kept my fingers crossed. Nick was amazingly helpful and accommodating. He and Karen were able to turn our request around in under a week! We got our shirts embroidered in time for our show and they look amazing. Cant beat the pricing either. I had a couple graduation stoles custom embroidered here. The staff were very helpful in achieving the look I wanted and honest with me about expectations. Be aware the turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days so make sure you plan ahead if you need your items before a hard deadline. The stoles came out great, I can’t wait to wear mine for graduation.

Fairly friendly staff, decent price for doing single product, and the best thing was they were able to do a quicker turn around.

The team at Embroid me was great. turned our logo into an acceptable file to make embroidered hats. the hats came out great they even played with the colors so it woukd look better in an embroidery pattern. very fast turn around as well. higjly recomend using them for your next project

My company Jackets came out amazing. Nick took the time to listen to what I wanted and walked me through the whole process. He also will take the time to show you his office on how the products are being embroidered. Karen was really great at showing me how different a different shade of a certain color could really pop out the company logo on the jacket. I was really happy with the service.

They even went to the extent of printing out actual sized images to hold onto the product that they were to embroid for me. I had such a great experience with EmbroidMe of Salem, NH! I got my boyfriend a pullover with a Joe’s Discount Office Furniture logo on it for his business down the street and it came out even better than we could have hoped for. The EmbroidMe in Salem NH is a great local business. The whole staff was very friendly and very helpful in helping myself and a friend design T-Shirts for a party at our workplace. Their standards for t-shirt quality are great and they really do want customers to get the best shirts for their money. The thing that really makes this place better than the other places I considered shopping at is the fact that they were willing to rush my t-shirt order free of charge because I needed the shirts for a party the next week. Incredibly appalled by the way I was treated by the manager Nick. Person in sales told me a custom last minute item may be possible and to get there as soon as possible. Trecked my small children in the pouring rain to the store only to find out my request would be too expensive. As I was exiting the building I verbalized my frustration for time wasted. The manager Nick then proceeds to follow me out to the parking lot to my vehicle and yelled at me in front of my little girls! Incredibly uncomfortable and a bit nervous, I dismissed Nick and attempted to get into my vehicle. He persisted and continued to yell at me telling me that I needed to grow up. Quite ironic coming from the business manager yelling at a customer he chased down in a parking lot in front of her small children in the pouring rain! NEVER AGAIN. Im still disturbed by this experience.

To say I was shocked at the lack of professionalism & respect would be an understatement.
