I had an emergency situation with my garage door and Superior Garage door managed to fit me in well ahead of their next regularly scheduled appointment. They are locally owned and operated with a store in town, unlike some of the other companies who are basically a phone center that sends out a variety of people who are not employees but just paid for the job.The two Superior Door technicians were friendly and professional and skilled at the repair. I appreciated them having me take a look at it before finishing to make sure I was satisfied. They informed me of two levels of repair, the second in case the first wasnt sufficient, but luckily the first was adequate. After the repair was done, they tested the operation several times to ensure everything was operating smoothly.I appreciated the saleperson who answered the phone in being open to my sending photos to discuss the repair and cost in advance, and his candidness in telling me that although he had an idea of what repair would work, he couldnt say for certain as the technicians would need to look at it to be certain.I was actually charged only half of what was estimated as the repair took so little time. The cost I paid was much less than two other quotes for the same repair from other shops.This shop has definitely won my future garage door business for their customer service, professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Have been needing to have my garage door looked at and worked on for some time now and two other companies came out and both told me the entire system needed to be replaced and I was looking at $600 or so. Superior Door came out and in less than an hour had my wiring problem and sensors fixed for under $100. I was really impressed with how honest and upfront they were..Also, the two gentleman who came out were extremely professional and courteous! Hands down one of the best experiences Ive had as a customer lately! If you have garage door needs I cant recommend Superior Garage Door enough!! Superior came to my rescue today. My garage door suddenly broke when it was just part way up. I couldnt get my car out! My usual go to for repairs couldnt get to me for 3 days, another place I called couldnt come for 4 days. I found Superior on an internet search and they came out the next day. Dave was able to come out within one hour and had my broken springs fixed within about a half hour, him and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When Ryan showed up at my house to give me an estimate on a new garage door, I expected the usual high-pressure sales pitch. But, his presentation was low key, included a sample of the type I wanted, with no pressure to buy more than what I had indicated. I was immediately sold on the door and the company. From then until the moment that Ryan and Dave drove away after installing the door I ordered, the experience was nothing but first class. Malinda in the office worked her magic to get the door I had chosen installed before the original wait time expected. All-in-all, I could not be happier with my experience.

Terrific company! My Mrs. convinced me to not replace the torsion springs myself and have it done professionally. Superior quoted me a fair price with a good warranty so I set the appointment. Ryan arrived precisely as promised, was very friendly and knowledgeable, worked skillfully and efficiently, inspected and lubed all the other parts of the opener, and overall was great to work with. I am so very impressed with Superior Door!!! The spring on my garage door broke and it was New Years Eve. I called and they told me it would be a couple days before they could come out. A little while later they called and said they could be out the SAME DAY. They fixed both springs on the door and now my garage door has never worked better. Excellent service and great price. This company is #1 in my book!!!

Very professional straight-forward company from my experience. I called when our garage door spring broke and the guy on the phone was helpful in explaining how to safely lower the door and wasnt pushing me to schedule an appointment or sell me something right away (like another local company was). I ended up calling them back and scheduled a time to replace the spring, and all the communication with them leading up to and through the repair was courteous and legit. This is good old fashioned service that isnt laced with fake efforts to be nice and professional... they just are that way!

These folks have been taking care of my garage doors since 1992. We started with Overhead, but Superior is friendlier and goes the extra mile to get out to fix the problem ASAP. Plus, because of their good work, we dont have to see them very often.

My garage door broke on Saturday. I gave these guys a call and left a message. They called me back Monday morning bright and early and came over within a couple hours. Got it fixed! Awesome service!
