I have called the local office in Salem, OR and the corporate number, and I always have to wait to talk to someone. I was on hold for over 16 minutes today at the local number when I hung up and called the 800 corporate number. When I got the same recording at the corporate number I hung up. The waiting has happened at least 3 times I have called the local number.

We ran out of propane over veterans weekend.we figured delivery wouldnt be for several days. They came out Monday the 12th. I was shocked and glad!.thanks for the good fast service and on my birthday too!. Your service guys are great!!

I phoned in to order propane (ran totally out on Christmas Eve !). The customer service representative took the time to check scheduling to see when we could expect delivery. Wednesday or Thursday ... due to the holiday is what I was told. To my surprise, The driver knocked on my door at 2pm today (Tuesday !) Furthermore, the driver was professional, courteous and safety minded. Driver Rick, took the extra time to get out of his truck and walk around to the rear to ensure all his equipment was secure before leaving. That extra step for safety means everything. Thank you

Dont take your propane tanks to be certified here. Everyone else was prioritized ahead of us, and we were rudely brushed off because its the busy season right now. This guy clearly just didnt want to help us, for who knows what reason, and told us oh theres actually a line ahead of you and then went to check on the people who had just walked in.
