I have shopped there for quite some time. In general I like the staff. A little disappointed with them being frequently out of a favorite we buy, but might be out of their control. Recently I had asked for a receipt for the purpose of getting a rebate. They put a non itemized receipt in my bag. When I got home and realized they gave me a receipt I could not use. I called and asked them if they could print me the correct one and put my name on it. I would be down in a couple of hours. When I arrived no one knew anything about. I was finally able to get one, but with great difficulty. While I was there I informed them of a bottle I purchased a week before. After getting home my fiancée said did you notice the bottle. It had a big crack in it and was leaking in the bag. I informed them of this and they took my phone number and said a manager would call me. After several days, not a word. Communication between the staff seems to be a big problem.

This place usually has a steady flow of customers when i go there and their customer service is pretty darn good

Several times when the OLCC website shows they have a product, they wont sell it to me or my wife because they say theyre saving it for bars. Otherwise, theyre fine.

Peanut Butter Whisky=a bit drunk, good old alcohol. Will buy again.Jameson=mild tasting and put me out, possibly spiked with Benzo. May buy again.Sheep Dog=anxiety couldnt sleep all night, possibly spiked with something to prevent blackouts. Will not buy again.Cashier was friendly enough to write back and forth with me despise not knowing signs.

West side has good hours. Downtown does not. Verify which one you headed to if evening or sunday

Its late on a Sunday and the store about to close so I go in and trying to see which bottle I want to get. As soon as I start looking around I notice one of the employees just came back there and just start standing there acting like she was working but In reality she wasnt doing nothing. During this time other people came in but she wont leave from where I was, so I stood there and waited for her to leave and before long she left. Then another employee came back to where we was and ask if I needed help and I told him no I just dont liked being watched and then I got my item and the whole wY they was watching me from the moment I walked in . I feel like I was racially profiled and was very uncomfortable in how I was treated will never go here again
