I was in need of having the bathroom in a mobile home remodeled and was having trouble locating someone with experience to do it. I have dealt with Southway a few times and they are always knowledgeable and friendly. The best thing they ever did for me was recommend Timothy Chinn to do this work. Mr Chinn was responsive and knew what he was doing. Thank you Southway!

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and in that time it has gone thru 2 park managers and I have seen people come and go in the park. In all my time renting over the past 20 years I have never had a landlord that was more understanding or willing to work with people as I have here. That being said there may be a few complaints of the actual people around but nothing that has made me want to move as of yet.

Nice place to live, management and staff are friendly and attentive. Well maintained and all maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Most of the people who live here that I know of end up with bugs from other trailers
