Shoe Mill has Quality shoes and a super return policy. Everyone that works there is also kind and helpful, I have never had a bad experience. Yesterday I had the BEST experience. Clancy had helped me...not only did she help me find several shoes she also offered to measure my foot and went completely above and beyond by stretching the current shoes I was wearing. She is amazing!!!!!

I dont know what happened to the previous employees here but they were far better than the current workers. Bruce and Kayla were better and has always treated me the best but this new management or team is just horrible. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They arent friendly, very condescending, and shoes are eh quality and I hope yall do better to your customers like Kayla and Bruce did.

Horrible customer service. Went to try on some Birkenstocks and lady was very rude on the afternoon of May 25th. Went across the sky bridge where they are more respectful and appreciative towards potential customers.

Outstanding customer service!My moms took me there to get new kicks for working at the Hospital. I have achilles tendonitis and roughly do 22,000 steps a day. Staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. The lady on staff helped my husband pick the perfect shoes for his needs. He can finally walk and run without pain. :) We went to the beach and hiking the next day. No pain! Thank you!!

Bruce did an excellent job helping me find the perfect fitting shoes today. I was so appreciative of the extra time he took. I have problems with my feet. I also have large feet so its difficult to find shoes. Bruce even taught me a trick about wearing the no show socks which always show! He knew so much about fit and sizing. Highly recommend!

Went in for shoes for my friend and I. Was there for at least 3 minutes browsing and no one greeted or helped us. They were just talking at the register. Kind of rude if you ask me.

Until now I have had great experiences here, but the woman who ignored me while I was browsing and didn’t want me to try anything on really soured my opinion of this place. I was looking for new birkenstocks and when I asked for a size to try on, the woman begrudgingly said she’d get one from the back but then spent the next 30 minutes helping a person who just walked through the door and didn’t come back to me at all. When I asked the other person there if they could grab me a pair, they said that I was already being helped by the woman. Even when I was the only person in the store I had no assistance when I asked way previously. I’m done with this store

I just want to say thank you to Mr. Jeff! He was very knowledgeable about the products he sold and has great customer service skills. Ill be interested to see how these shoes stand up to the work that I do.

When I bought my shoes the sales team was awesome. It took no time to find my perfect size and insole for my feet. This was what I expected and not something I would take the time to write a review about. I bought my shoes and a pair or sandals at the beginning of may. Its the end of July and my expensive walking shoes are falling apart. They are obviously very used by now but still I decided to call the store and ask about the warenty. After looking at the shoes they ordered me a new pair only because my size wasnt available at their store. Ive been in the store four times now. Every experience has been a good one. Awesome place to do business with. Thank you for taking care of me.

Never thought id be reviewing a shoe store but this was by far the most educational shopping trip I have ever had!Bruce is a font of knowledge and his no pressure informative style is a surprisingly great sales technique. Happy with my unexpected purchases and would definitely recommend this store for any footwear needs.

The employees really knew their stuff and allowed me to describe my needs and issues regarding getting some new work shoes. after i was done explaining the gentleman imediately went to action when pointing out the shoes that fit my criteria and even went into the back to get another set that werent on display. they were absolutely amazing and helped me so much. Love this place!!! The workers really take their time to assess and address needs. The quality of the shoes and the customer service are amazing. Just the other day one of the employees (Jeff) found out that my finger was bleeding, so he stepped in the back room and came out with paper towels, Neosporin and a Band-aid. But he didnt stop there, he actually bent over and dressed the wound himself. And I wasnt even his customer!! These people really care!

I have purchased most of my shoes from this Shoe Mill for a few years now, and I must say that the customer service has really gone down hill. Im used to having a sales person ask if they could help me, show me something or suggest shoes that might work and say goodbye when I leave. Tonight was the second time in recent months that the salesMEN were so busy talking amongst themselves that they barely bothered to acknowledge any of the customers and they never even asked if they could help me or even say hello. Their discussion about a planned bonfire was just more important. I may have to look else where for my shoes I think.

Big shout out to Bruce Livingston! Absolutely incredible customer service! He had no idea who I was, no clue if I was a bum with dirty feet just looking to waist time or if I was a man with a plan to buy. Either way, he approached me with enthusiasm and genuine concern for my well being as a customer. First thing he did was remove my shoes for sizing, test my arch size and then round me up some shoes that suited my actual needs! I am a 9 year Oregon Army Veteran, with 2 tours over seas. I work as a full time pawn broker here in Salem OR, and he hooked me up. I needed outdoor, weather proof shoes, that had the look of good style, with the feeling of upper class sales and support that didnt hurt my back at the end of the day. Bruce did just that. Amazing service !! Right when I lost Faith in other shoe mill stores due to their poor customer service and poor attitudes I came into this shoe mill at the very last second .. and got better service then any other shoe store Ive ever been in !! Bruce was amazing !! He stayed after hours to help me get the right boots that fit perfectly I came in only willing to pick up one and left with 2 buuut at cash out, half an hour after hours,...we found out the company only excepts chipped cards :( I was Heart broken But Bruce restored all hope and managed to Get it done by shipping them to me !! Free of all fees ... better then leaving with nothing! hes amazing I will go back to this shoe mill again!! THANKS BRUCE👍🤗😁

Wow! Just watched a male shoe Mill employee confront another mall employee because he was angry that comments were made about his cigarette smoke. All I know is the one employee who was not from shoe mill had a child... don’t smoke near children especially if you want to be a good representative of your store.🤦🏼‍♂️

Very friendly and helpful staff that you dont find at most shoe stores. They didnt have many sizes in stock, however they were able to call another location and have them held for us. I would shop here again.
