I delivered emty totes, checked in at 7:30am the gentleman when I checked in was very nice and friendly he immediately started unloading me. Got emty fast.

They NEVER answer their phone. This review is based only on their customer service. They are a vendor to the company I work for, therefore I need to contact them. I have had good luck getting ahold of customer at a corporate level. Out of 15 or so different occasions that I have called, I have been able to talk to someone in Salem 0 times... very frustrating...

These guys were great. Quick to unload. Best if you go around the next block and come in from the west of the plant for an easy back in.

Friendly and quick to get your load or to unload. Have a dock and lift ramps if your trailer sits low.

No answer when i called. Paint fumes from the factory envelope the nearby neighborhood.bad business owners.polluting our river with runoff from te factory.

Work is work so thats good, however, is not a place to grow higher education/career or/and financially...very dangerous substances/chemicals....I believe job needs to update its current wages/salaries/hourly pay, especially at entry level....starts at minimum wage with no benefits and cant grow

Obviously these guys have NO clue as to whats going on with loading because they use our public street to use as their loading dock ALL day long, 6 days a week. We have to pull in and out onto this road from our residence.

Get Norway from Commercial for Ship&Recvng and theyll tell you to go across to Water St shoulder parking to wait...

Horrible experience with the live load!!!They have no idea whats going on with their shipping stuff.

This is plant where they make paint,no retail sales here.we deliver raw materials here.
