Very clean and organized, staff working when I stopped by answered all questions and demonstrated everything needed for me to make my purchase. Nice selection and variety of instruments and accessories, prices are nice as well.

No longer B&B Music, this is now a part of the Music and Arts chain of music stores as of 1 month ago. The store is well organized and the prices are fair and reasonable. At the time of this review, many prices required checking at the register but thats to be expected during their transition. The selection was very nice and they are a great place for school music supplies and services. The staff (husband and wife owners maybe?) Were super helpful and dedicated as much time to me as I required to research instruments and equipment for an upcoming performance. They were also very friendly. Im sure I will return for future needs. A++

As the store has finally opened, I returned my daughters violin rental. Upon entering, I was told to wait by the table and read the serial number off, as the store rep can not touch the violin due to CoViD-19. I read the number and was told its wrong and to look on the label I stated there is only one label and that the serial number was ***. Again, the rep questions me. Then, on the third time, he accepts what I stated, enters it, and wouldnt you know, that was in fact the serial number. I received my return receipt and noticed a balance. I asked about the balance and while Im asking, the phone rings and the rep answers it, having me just stop what Im saying. Theres no excuse me while I answer this or do you mind if I answer the phone? He hangs up the phone and we continue. I go to pay the balance and another customer in the store starts a conversation with the rep . Now Im in the middle of the customer and the rep. All I want to do is pay the bill! So, in short, if you like rude service and just giving away your money, then this is the place for you. If you work hard for your money, desire respectful and professional service, then stay far far away from this business!

Bought my dream guitar here and that guitar has carried me through many performances and still remains a mainstay in my rotation. Lot of sentimental value attached to this place for me.
