I used auto trim and design to put a remote ignition in my car so I can start my car from inside my house and my car can defrost the snow or cool down the heat. I also put leather in my car on all the seats and side panels.I was very satisfied. I worked with Spence at the front desk. He set up all my appointments and everything went as smoothly as possible. My experience at auto trim and design was perfect - It was like using an iPhone when I was used to using a flip phone from 2001. Basically, it was perfect and my car looks brand new with the leather. Love that place!

Had a sunroof break on a Ford F-150 (apparently not that uncommon) Very expensive fix. Found Auto Trim online and contacted them. They do these all the time. Drove down from Logan to have them fix it. Best price around. Professional people and reasonable prices. Works great now, better than Ford New!!!

I bought a vehicle and the dealer recommended these guys for a DVD system. They did a great job. My brother had them redo seats in a truck. They added leather and heaters. Turned out great. Im going to have them do the seats in my new truck.

I had this company install interior and exterior lighting, light bar, audio equipment, and other customization. They installed one of the custom headlamps upside down, did not have the radio working, and did other poor work. Because I live out of the area, it was rough getting it in for repair, and when I did, they still didnt repair correctly. The exterior lights stopped working because their connections failed, which caused me to spend $900 to repair their bad work. When presented with the issues, they accepted no responsibility, even though the work had only been competed within the previous few weeks. The last straw? The light bar fell off, also because of poor workmanship. I understand that sometimes things happen, but their unwillingness to accept responsibility in any way means I cannot recommend them for any work.Buyer beware, and you would do well to look elsewhere.

I like this place a lot. They have done the tint on my husbands truck and two of my cars. On my most recent one, there was a small area of the window tint that started peeling. They fixed it for me promptly and with no questions asked. The do a great job and are timely and professional. I wont take my cars anywhere else for tint jobs after my experience here.

Traveling out of state and Volvo sunroof would not close. Auto Trim was the only place that would help us and knew how to fix it, out of the several places we called. Spence was so helpful and got our car in right away! He and his team we honest, friendly, reliable, and serviced our sunroof quickly so we could get back on the road. They are the absolute best and I would recommend them to everybody!

I purchased a clear mask for my new car through the car dealer and decided to add tint to my front windows. Spence showed me how awesome their vortex tint is and cleared any indecision I had. I was instantly sold and the car did not take long at all. The technicians did great work on the clear mask as well as the tint. Not only does it look so much more sleek but most importantly NO MORE DRIVERS TAN! We like it so much that we added it to our windows on our other vehicle. Once again, Spence got me right in and out. Wow what a great place! I had them do tint and the paint projector on both my car and truck! They installed some speakers for me last minute and even stayed late so I would not have to come back. The owner even came out to check on us and show me a few other products that they sell. Honestly these guys are awesome and their customer service is top notch!

I have worked with them for the past few years as an Accessories Manager for a large GMC/Buick/KIA dealership. Knowledgeable staff. Great professional installations. I recently purchased a lifted 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I had them help me design a custom leather interior and add power running boards. Great price! Excellent installation! Super service! Everything arrived as planned and installed as they said it would be. Also added a remote start/lock system. Works terrific. They will be installing both front and rear bumpers for me next. Then maybe a new sound system. They know their stuff.

These guys are impressive. I had glass shatter on a 12 year old sunroof that needed to be fixed and I was referred their way. They took the time to research the manufacturer and found out there was a recall. They ordered the new piece, billed the manufacture for the labor, and the whole thing cost me $0. I was impressed with their honesty. I realize now they could have billed me for the whole expense and I would have never known they made double on the job, but they had integrity and thats hard to find these days. Thanks so much!

When my F150 sunroof got stuck I called the dealership and couldnt believe how much money they wanted to charge me! So after some research I found it was the sunroof track assembly. I called Auto Trim Design and spoke with Derek, Im usually weary if shops cut corners to get the job done asap, but Derek explained how they grease all the moving parts and back up their work with a three year warranty! Boom! I dropped my truck off that day and had it done in just a few hours! Everything worked perfectly again! Plus the money I saved going with Auto Trim Design will have me going back for other upgrades I decide to do!

We needed the leather seats redone in our 2008 Acura. These guys did a great job for us and the car feels like new again. Just check out the before and after photos! Such a huge improvement, and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. Also very responsive to phone calls and text messages when needed. Took a honda civic to them to have the windows tinted straight from the car lot the day i purchased it and went and picked the vehicle up and both sides of the hub caps on the pass side had red and green scrape marks on them and also a small ding on the driver side back door! this car was perfect and had no dings dents scratches and thats why i purchased it! i called them up and of coarse they denied it! please avoid this wreckless company and go elswhere.

Not very impressed with these guys. Recommend you search around first. You pay for what you get. A good deal is not always a good deal.

The guy who I worked with on installing my clear bra on my new Subaru was great and willing to work with me.The only thing that makes me nervous now is that I am noticing razor blade cuts. When the clear bra was installed and trimmed i found cuts into the paint on the bumper and now on the metal such as the front fenders which could lead to rust.

I had a deck installed by these guys. They did good work, nice and clean and had it done when they said it would be done.I also had them fix the sunroof in my truck. They did a great job.

Latest update: Unfortunately have to have half the window tinting redone after a few weeks. Bubbles didnt disappear as promised. Also disappointed being told small bubbles are normal. Really? I had a first year Acura Integra R series in 1986 when lived in Atlanta. Got tinting done there dont recall having even small bubbles. Is disappointing. Seems if you have a show car dont get tinting done here...The paint protection film looks great though. Cleaned and waxed the whole exterior paint with Griots caranuba wax this past weekend unseasonably warm. Just in time before weather turns worse...Earlier: Went to see about paint protection and window tinting for my brand new Lexus UX 250h picked up just that day a Friday. Big on the plus side were very flexible adding door protection to their silver package. Plus they were able to get me in the following Monday...A bit on the minus side tried to upsell me nano tinting when just wanted regular tinting with such as small car with smallish windows. Then to negate a bit more they said I could call first thing Monday if changed my mind. Just a little too much sales pressure.

They put the tint on the windows in just a few hours and it looks awesome.

Bought a car and didnt realize how easy it would be to have a sunroof installed. These guys are the best! Super happy with the install and service!

They replaced my sunroof and in the process left the broken glass and tore the fabric on the inside. I told them they tore the fabric on the inside when they tested it and the reply was we shouldve charged you $800. What? When you replace glass do you not also clean the broken glass out? I get it, its a lot of work to get to the cassette (the frame that holds the sunroof in place), but you gotta take some ownership if youve done additional damage in the process of fixing something. I asked the owner Jim to call me back, never did. I guess they must be doing so well they cant call me back. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Im giving a 3 star review because the work that they do is very good, but I dont like how the business was conducted with my particular repair. I had my sunroof repaired because it was leaking into my car. The seals/trim were shot and the window didnt open or close correctly. I was told it was most likely a programming issue. As it turned out when they removed my window they found that one of the tracks was broken and needed to be replace for it to work properly. I didnt have the money to fix the whole thing so I said just put the new seals on and place it back in so that it wont leak but in turn it was going to cost an additional 75.00 to put the window back because it was now a more technical fix. I really didnt have any other option the window was out, unless I wanted my car back without the repair being completed. I understand its more difficult to fix because its broken but it was not 75.00 difficult.
