Ive had nothing but excellent experiences with Luxe. Norberto and his team are top notch. Their attention to detail from minor body work to more severe body damage is truly the best weve found in Marin. I recently got into an accident with my 2020 Range Rover Sport. I was hospitalized and the car had significant damage but was not totaled out and needed some major work. I had used Luxe in the past for body damage on 2 different Lexus cars and I am so thankful I remembered them. I didnt feel comfortable with the body shop my car got towed to that was contracted with my insurance for repairs. I texted Norberto late in the day and explained what had happened and he had his team go pick up my Range Rover from the other shop the next morning and take it to his to do the repairs. When I asked him if he was contracted with insurance his reply was We dont contract with any insurance because we work for our clients and do the work that is necessary on each car, not based on what the insurance wants. That being said, he worked seamlessly with my insurance (AAA) and I could have not felt more cared for. His shop cuts NO corners when doing repairs. All parts came from the car manufacturer (meaning he had to get them shipped from Land Rover in England) - not convenient for Im sure but necessary to get the job done right. He even had the local dealership make a thorough check of the entire car before it was complete - it needed a couple other small things that I am sure would have been missed by almost anyone. I had known their work was solid before, but this experience was the best I could have hoped for in a pretty hard situation. Not only that, when the car was finally complete, I was still recovering at home and he delivered the car to my home personally. It looks brand new. THANK YOU NORBERTO and everyone at Luxe. You are a gem in the industry.

We had our car taken here for repairs by our insurance company after my husband accidentally hit a a metal wheeled box carrier thing that was in the middle of the road at night. I hadn’t ever heard of them and expected second rate service since I assumed the only reason our insurance would choose them would be because they are inexpensive. I couldn’t have been more wrong, Norberto was super communicative from start to finish, returned my calls quickly, made sure everything was done just how it should be, and didn’t cut any corners. The work they did was top notch and the pricing was significantly lower than what we have paid elsewhere. The icing on the cake was when I picked my car up to find they had done a beautiful job fully washing the car and even vacuumed the inside and wiped down the seats and surfaces. They went above and beyond what I had hoped for, should we need to have our car serviced again we will definitely use them.

These guys were great, not going to lie. At the beginning I was not sure about choosing them over other local shops. However, I gave them a chance and I dont regret it one bit. I am in the car industry therefore I know most of the local shops. These guys are just as good as the popular local shops, however they take the award on my book not just because of their quality of work but because of their friendly service, rapid response and quick turnaround. My car was only in the shop for two days. Most shops would have taken a week at least. Therefore I even saved money on a rental. Extremely satisfied with their services. I would recommend them to anyone needing a body repair or even a quick paint touch-up.Ohh and I forgot to mention, their pricing was around 30% less than other shops.
