As a business, we use this company as our go-to Packaging Store because they handle our clients belongings with care and ship them as carefully. We havent had a problem in the past five years or more.

Stay away. These guys are a problem. I brought in a FedEx box to be shipped and needed a piece of tape to close the box. The place is a mess. I am worried that the box wont make it.They refused to tape the box at first. Bring your box tapped - next time go somewhere else they told me? I was shocked. One guy told me to leave because they are not a real FedEx location and they do not allow people to use their tape.Then his buddy came out and said they would ship it this time.Wild.

Zero stars (had to choose 1 star in order to post) Horrible service. Confusing, gave me the complete run around, wouldnt give me a straight answer on anything! I walked out utterly baffled. One of the oddest experiences Ive ever had at a place of business. Went to UPS in Montecito shopping center...whew! Complete opposite experience. Very helpful, meet all my needs with ease.

Place was closed even though it was supposed to be open, but now reading the other reviews I think it was a blessing in disguise.
