Our kitchen monorail lights that we purchased from another company failed after about 2 years. The company said the lights could not be repaired and the product had been discontinued and replacement parts were not available. We had been to another company and received a quote in excess of $4k to replace. We were running out of options when we met Brandon at Stevens, we explained our situation. He said for the cost of a service call he may be able to salvage our lights and give us a solution. When he paid us service call he repaired the existing lights to use temporarily until he could find a solution. Within two weeks of our initial visit he fixed our lights that we were told could not be fixed. Brandon and Stevens Lightning saved us thousands of dollars and not only fixed our lights but they also improved our lighting.

This place isn’t your average lighting store. Nor do they carry your typical Home Improvement big box store fixtures. My clients are always impressed with the fixtures provided along with the latest devices including dimmers, receptacles and smart lighting systems and controls. Gerard is thee lighting Guru and is well known in San Antonio for his knowledge and lighting designs.

If you need help with lighting, you cant go wrong with Stevens Lighting. I stopped by to look at lighting options for my living room. While I was there, I asked about fixing a pendant light from my kitchen. The sales staff was very friendly and gave me a lot of ideas for increasing the lighting in the living room. Their spacious show room is full of unique and stylish lamps, and fixtures. Whats more, they knew all about my pendant light, and were able to help me fix it! The big box stores couldnt tell me anything about the pendant light, except that they could sell me a replacement. I will definitely be visiting Stevens Lighting again!

Have used Stevens for 4 years and am back again for sconces, fans, under-cabinet electrical outlets and lights and more. Great customer service, and Brandon is a workhorse, going above and beyond if there is an issue. Pay a little more and avoid the junky stuff made in China and lack of service in the big box stores and other lighting dealers. Hands down best around.

Gerard at Stevens Lighting has assisted us with a couple of lighting projects in our home. From the design to the implementation, everything was excellent. We are very impressed with the lighting ideas, the quality of the products recommended, and especially the service (including working with our electrician). We will be back!

Stevens Lighting, Inc. was one of the best brick-and-mortar sales interactions we’ve encountered. While at Steven’s, the team helped us with a couple of ceiling fans. I was impressed with their pressure-free environment (even though we were indecisive). Steven’s gave us knowledgeable recommendations, asked how we would use the product, and gave us tips/expectations when installing. After we had our ceiling fan installed by an electrician, we had a question about a knocking sound coming from the fan. Steven’s came out to assist us and diagnosed and fixed the issue! You do not see this level of customer service compared to larger stores and online. We will use them in the future . I would highly recommend them based on their expertise and customer service!
