This is my go to place for my auto care needs. I like the affordable prices Advance offers. My only complaint is the wait time because employees spend too much time conversating and no hello acknowledgment at the entrance. Other than that, great store.

My UPS packages sat there a week without being picked up. This place is a UPS access point.

The battery to my car died and my son was worried he wouldn’t make it to work in time especially since the only correct sized battery was in Brownsville. These guys went above and beyond; gave my son a ride home to our car, and then went to Brownsville picked up the battery and dropped it off at the house for us to get it installed just in time for him to make it to work on the dot! Thank you. Best battery purchase ever!

Walked in, was wondering around looking for something, waiting for an associate to free up. But there was only one and he was busy fussing and joking with people over an item that was warrantied at a different store. He already knew he couldnt help them but they were just shooting the sht. Thank goodness auto zone had more professional people working who could help me.
