Bad service. Employees were acting busy for the few customers they had.

The personnel were fantastic. They help locate my need for a break bulb expediently and then help me to install it. I tried to tip them but they said they just do good things because thats who they are period so impressed with AutoZone and the prices, convenience and most importantly staff

Thanks for your response.I actually bumped up 1 star.I bought new break pads and rotors.My vehicle was immobile.I had never done it before so i called the AutoZone i purchased said parts; i called 4 times and was guided on how to during my process from removing, installing and bleeding my breaks! After the first side the other was done in less than 20 minutes, from beginning to end process.Removing my and mounting my tire.

Several years ago I used to by my truck and car batteries here, one day i brought in 2 bad batteries and they refused to honor the one year warranty so they set out to place them on the charger to confirm good or bad and came back 6 hours later, They had not received any juice after that many hours, when I insisted on replacement, the then manager refused and even insulted me and my wife and got no credit for the bad batteries, I have not returned to these store for about 14 years, today I have a need for 4 truck batteries and I refuse to do businesses with auto zone any where .,

Went to charge car battery. Was attended to promptly, great atmosphere, polite & very helpful. Unfortunately battery no longer usable.

I see a lot of people getting ready to pay in line but nobody tends to the cashier a lot of people leave without their product AutoZone would make a lot more money if they would train their associates to get the money first if people are ready to pay check them out so they can leave with your product and not empty-handed a lot of money leaves the store theyd rather be answering questions then cashing out people come on guys

Liked that they had a diy diagnostic. My check engine turned on. With this covid it does not help.
