Culligan is the BEST! We have been customers for many years and we are always pleased with their work. Customer Service is always good. We called and were greeted kindly and professionally. We had to change our appointment to an earlier date, and they were so nice about it and worked around our schedule. The Service to our equipment was done by Marco, and he did an excellent job! Update 3/25/2021 - The next morning at 8:10 AM after my original post, I received a phone call that an opening was available today between 1 and 4 PM. The technician arrived and found / fixed several problems with our system. I sincerely appreciate the response to my original post; Culligan has always provided prompt, efficient and professional service. Today, Marco exemplified the level of service we have always received from Culligan. 4 stars because one should not have to post on social media to receive timely service.Original post: We have had a Culligan RO system for more than 25 years. Service has always been prompt. Not today. We have to wait two weeks for service on our system. Why? Why does anyone need to wait so long? Management has a problem and I wonder if they are aware.

Purchased two 5 gal. water & Associate also helped me load four more I had filled & unable to carry. Thank you for being so nice.

The installer was patient and helpful with me trying to figure out how to combine the water treatment equipment with my under-sink needs. Undersink reverse osmosis unit is WONDERFUL! Water tastes great! Prefer it to bottle water now, and no cases of water to haul home from the store! So happy we got this unit. It has been very reliable but if I do.have a problem I just call the office and they schedule a technician to come fix the problem. They check your water for you to make sure its soft. We are very happy with our culligan products and service. If you are interested in the products, they do have financing available. Normally we have had awesome services previously. However this time around for our filters to be changed, we were left with a leak that took 3 different techs to get it fixed. The 2nd tech actually stated we were going to be charged $30 due to the leak coming from our sink and not their equipment. That was after my daughter and myself did some investigating and actually took a video of leak and showed it to the 3rd tech who then fixed it.

Fairly consistant great tasting water -compared to other places. 5 gallons for $1: check the stop button, under the place where you put coins to fill gallon-by-gallon containers.

From day one the service has been way way above par. It is a lot easier, and safer, for my wife and I to have five bottles delivered to our home once a month than for me to make five trips to the nearest waterhole. And the water, you just cant beat it. It is delicious....will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Love home deliveries but they installed an electronic keyboard outside and Everytime it rained it would quit working. Expensive. So I still have to pick up bottled water!

**** update to previous post. A Culligan truck did come out today and install a water softener! Apparently there was mis-communication about the drivers being able to install when on their routes. Greatly appreciate it. Thank you.Poor customer service. Winter Texan, called yesterday because 1. needed to have system hooked up again and 2. had a bad leak coming out of pipes where softener goes. They did send someone pretty quickly to fix pipe leakage but it will be Nov. 9th before we can get softener unit installed. Repairman talked to office and offered to go to shop and pick up a unit but girl on phone said they have to follow procedures and wouldnt let him do it. Also, $30 trip charge if I want install moved up. Looking to buy my own unit so I wont have to deal with a company that cant be flexible.

This is the place to go if youre tired of the hard water the plagues the valley. I purchased a water softener system for my house and a reverse osmosis for the kitchen. The price is a bit high for these systems, but the customer service is excellent. Both systems were installed less than a week from the order date. Unfortunately, the installers do not come on the weekend, and it does take them about four to five hours to install. The salesman, Mr. Thakkar, was incredibly friendly and helpful, he came to my house after installation to test the water and ensure quality. Since installation the water throughout the house is noticeably softer and I use much less soap then I did previously. The reverse osmosis water in the kitchen really does taste exactly like bottled water. The best part of my experience was Culligans in house 0% financing. I purchased my system in four monthly installments which really beats paying for the whole thing at one time. I have a serviced by culligan sign in my front yard, which I was told will get me a small referral bonus if someone in my area signs up with Culligan. I dont yet know if thats true, but I will update this review if indeed it happens.

Our service man was very kind and knowledgeable. Came in and did what he had to do within an hour and that included checking on the water softener, swapping out the filters for the RO, and checking on the ultraviolet air sanitizer.

Sometimes there is nothing better than a Culligan on the rocks. My physician recommends it as well.

Our undersink filtering system works great and Culligan maintains it regularly.

Eventhough the quality of water is excellent, the customer service is awful. Ive had instances where Culligan has billed me for salt that was never delivered to me. I called Culligan and let them know I wasnt paying for something that was never delivered. Finally when I thought they had straighten it out, I was later told I still had a balance..come on Culligan, get it together.Then, in regards to my reverse osmosis, I had 2 technicians on 2 different occassions come out and check a malfunction with my system. I was told by both of them I still didnt need to change my filter. So obviously I didnt change it when my 1st year was up. So months later, I call Culligan because now I can taste the difference in the quality of water and was told that I had to pay for the trip, the labor and the parts. If Culligan would had advised me that this was going to happen if I didnt change it on my 1 year mark, I would of changed the filters then. Thanks alot Culligan. Its no wonder why the technicians have nothing good to say about the company when Ive had service calls to my home....
