Vanessa is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and great personality! My podiatrist recommended that I should come here, to get new insoles and a new pair of sneaker. Came and got the best sneakers for my plantar fasciitis I’m not in pain! And the very next day I came back to see Vanessa and got a pair of high arch flip-flops!!! My feet are happy! Thank Vanessa, you’re the BEST!!!!!!!!!

The easiest shoe purchase Ive ever made. I have specific requirements for work shoes and some problems with my feet. After trying a pair of shoes and explaining the discomfort issue the sales associate recommended another pair that alleviated the pain and were less expensive than the first. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and that was during holiday madness. Now thats great service!

What a great shoe store! I have a foot condition, so finding exactly what I need is a must. I was able to find what I needed and try shoes on before I bought. I know that in normal times this would be no big deal, but during the days of COVID-19 this made a huge difference for me. Footwear Etc. Menlo Park is now my go-to shoe store.

This is a very good shoe store and I wish more people would buy their shoes here. They have a great selection carrying really good brands like Clarks. Good sale prices and nice people.
