During Covid we were renovating our home. I estimate that I traveled to at least ten different tile stores. I found both Alejandra and Cynthia to be creative, professional, customer service focused and fair. I found 4 porcelain slabs at a competitor, then found the same product at ATS. I was quoted a lower price from Alejandra, thus began our relationship. When the competitor called me back and I told him that I was provided a better price for the same product, he didnt want to talk to me. However, a day later he offered to undercut their pricing. I told Cynthia that I didnt want to go round and round with pricing, and was in the middle of ordering more tile with ATS; she honored the lower pricing.I had so much fun choosing my kitchen and bathroom tile with Alejandra. Id bring home several samples to try out new ideas on my husband, then change my mind, and go in a completely different direction. In the end, I think we have a beautiful home, thanks to ATS

This review is overdue, but I didn’t want to let it go by, as it is a positive follow up to my previous not so complimentary review. As a result of my issues with my order, I received a call from Artistic in which my comments were discussed at length and in a positive way, such that I felt I had a good hearing. I learned a lot about the inner workings of the tile business, and to some degree understand the challenges they have. I was offered a refund in one of the items, and each line item was discussed.I appreciate the time taken by Artistic and the good faith efforts they made to resolve my issues. I’ve another bathroom to do, and so I’d go back...

I am a tiling contractor. Tiling since 1997 and work with Artistic Tile and Stone for quite a while. Currently, working with Elena at the AT&S and getting ready for second project. Really appreciate the way Elena operates. She is always positive, constructive and consistent. As soon as stone or tile selection starts, she whips up quotes, takes pictures of selected materials with quotes and transfers information to me. So when we compare tiles we can also compare prices as well. If natural stone is involved, Elena calls vendors and makes them lay out 10 or 15 square feet of that stone on the floor and take pictures so we can see full spectrum of variety. Elena can give good advice with color, texture and pattern coordination as well as choice of trim. And whatever combination it might be,- we will get images and prices. With all this information we save time, feel professional and clients are never confused, no matter how many potential choices they have indicated at the store.Thank you Elena!!Andrew Antonov Tile.

Cynthia brought decades of experience as well as tremendous patience and insight as she helped me locate just the right vintage Japanese tile for a bathroom remodel.Highest marks!Incidentally, her last name, “Campanile”, is Italian for bell tower ... a handy mnemonic tool to help one remember the joy of interacting with her!Jonathan Mueller, MD

Elena, at AT&S, was a life saver during our home remodel. I had a million questions and visited pretty much every single tile store on the peninsula trying to figure out tile solutions for different parts of our house. Elena was always patient, gave extremely helpful advice, and made the perfect suggestions that I would have never come up with on my own. Working with her eased so much of our stress and we cant thank her enough for her help!

I ordered tile for a shower with a half wall ~ 52” high and a pan measuring ~ 39x39”. I was sold more tilethan required for the pan, (I said 10% extra, they said 20%), and as it was a special order, not returnable. I was also sold two gallons of grout (epoxy), for this job at $110/container. I asked at the time if that was not too much, and was told “no, you’ll need it”. When I talked with the installer, he said that’s ridiculous we will use about half of one container for 1/16” grout lines. I called Daniel twice and did not hear back from him. I called late and got Cynthia, who listened and said she’d get back to me. No call back. Also the color is not as represented on the container ( why is it that they do that??). Finally, I called again and was able to talk with Daniel. They agreed to take one container back. Just not good customer service, and I felt inattention to the amount of grout needed. I threw away one container of epoxy grout at almost $120value. However, I credit AT&S’s selection of tiles and varieties both natural and man-made available there. Nonetheless, I’d recommend go to Da Vinci down the road.

Ordered tile for a large bathroom from Daniel. Couple of days later I was informed the trim for some of the tiles were on backorder with delivery in 8 weeks. Though inconvenient, my clients definitely wanted this tile for their master bath. I called at 6 weeks to check, then at 8 weeks with a promised delivery at end of week. Called again following week and promised in two weeks. Delivery was scheduled for Friday week 11. It did not show up. According to Artistic factory production problems. How could Artists supplier not know this weeks earlier? In the meantime all other tile installed waiting for trim. Daniel elevated the issue with their supplier and manufacturer (he kept me informed via copies of emails) and glad to say tile is finally installed. Though Ill steer clear of Island Stone products in the future, Daniel and the Artistic team, through dogged effort, were successful in securing the tile.

Worst service EVER! Walked in and asked for help, got a shrug from the woman at the desk as if she was deaf or mute. Then the staff member finally decided to talk (with Eastern European accent) and said make an appointment and handed me a card. I asked if I could setup a future appointment while I was at the store and she just shrugged again. I told her I felt she was acting rude and she was stone faced just like the products they sell. Felt compelled to write my first review, EVER.

Jake Tran at Artistic Tile and Stone is incredibly helpful and patient. He was accommodating and listened to our ideas to help design what we envisioned for the perfect bathroom and kitchen remodel. He even remembered us after we returned five weeks after our initial visit and was right on the ball. I highly recommend them and actually already referred a friend of a friend who will be starting a project soon.

I am not happy with sales practices at this store. Daniel helped me to order porcelain tile for my project and overestimated the amount by 32%. As the result I am stuck with 2 1/2 boxes of leftover tile which is about $300 and the store does not take the 2 unopened boxes back. Be careful when you order your tile here.

Great selection of tile but their customer service was poor. My group and I were there from. 330 to 5 (closing time) and not a single person greeted any of us. When we realized they were closing we began to out away tiles ourselves. When we headed towards the door we had left just a few on the table and the employee asked of we were done. We said yes and thanked her but still no actual greeting or thanks or anything. Guess they didnt want our business.
