I cant say enough about Victoria @ the San Carlos location. I had had a bad experience at a different AT&T and had been recommended to go here. WOW I shouldve come here first. Victoria was amazing! She understood me, took the time to explain the difference types of phones I was interested in, helped me choose the best phone for my needs, she was flexible with my work schedule and took the time to explain my phone so I understood it. Yes....the wait can be long, but she gives INDIVIDUAL attention to her customers. This is priceless. Victoria is AWESOME

In my 10+ years of having an iPhone with AT&T service, this was the best experience I’ve ever had while upgrading. My only regret was that I hadn’t gone to this store previously. Victoria, the store manager, helped me, and she was wonderful! I really enjoyed chatting with her. I found her incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I had put off getting a new phone for over a year, because I didn’t want to have to deal with going in to a store, but this time, it was not a burden at all, it was actually enjoyable!

Had a great experience from start to finish recently when I went in to upgrade my older iPhone. There was no wait at all and Dennis was friendly and professional and had all the right answers to my questions. It was a seamless purchase and transition to my new phone.

Went to the San Carlos Store and met Dennis who was a great help and knowledgeable about all the products and plans. No sales pressure which made it easy to leave a competitor after 25 years for a new less expensive plan that offered much more. Sometimes it pays to shop around....Dennis thank you.

I want everyone know that since Victoria took over as manager of this store the service has been wonderful. I have been helped by Kalic and William. Both have been very helpful. They know what they are talking about, pleasant to deal with. I will continue to do business here.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Store has a MAXIMUM of two people working at a time. One of their two total workers is usually a trainee. THERE IS NO POINT CALLING as their one employee is usually busy helping the endless lines and they will send you to voicemail. Complete joke of business completely reflects at&t as a company, just give me your money and shut up.

Dennis was excellent I told him of my dilemma ot dropping my phone in water and the repair store taking forever to obtain my new galaxy s8 active. He said I have one here if you need it he reserved it and on Sunday I was back to normal.😁he transferred all data while I waited. Oh and he was right I love my galaxy s8 active I gave away my iPhone 8Thanks

I was suspicious when I read the reviews of this store before I planned to drop by to get a prepaid SIM for my dad. I asked myself: 2.1 stars? How bad can it really be?. I discovered for myself when I went there in-person. The store was empty and there was a lady helping out the only other customer in the store. I would have waited for over 10 minutes, the store manager did not even make eye contact nor acknowledged my existence. It was not worth rewarding such abysmal service with my business, so I decided to drive for 5 minutes to the T-Mobile store in Belmont. I was greeted there by two service reps as I entered the store and got a prepaid SIM activated in 5 minutes. AT&Ts loss is T-Mobiles gain. I wont recommend this store, take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service and horrible support from the retailer itself. This branch is severely under staffed and under supplied. Waited for over an hour with two families ahead so us just to watch the sales rep help a woman who waited less than 5 minutes. After asking why other customers were neglected, all the rep did was shrug off an apology and continue assisting said customer. Needles to say, various waiting customers walked out. Moving on with carriers, had been with AT&T for over a decade.

Fabulous! Beautiful Interior, Spacious, comfortable, no high pressure sales, neighborhood location, less frenetic than the mall, right off of El Camino. Very Friendly Sales People.

Went there 2 times with a broken phone and the service was terrible. They wouldnt sell me a phone outright only if I finance it never go there again.

No one ever answers the store phone ! I’ve called ten times and no answer. I passed by the window and she’s sitting there with nothing to do and no answer.
