This 1 star review is due to their unresponsiveness. TLDR: No quote yet for replacing patio doors after 1+ month of me following up weekly. Do not recommend.I submitted a form on their website beginning of March 2021 with a request for a quote to replace patio doors (which Ive already measured) - no response until I sent another email to follow up.On March 17, was told by Jennifer that salesman Brian will get back to me. A week goes by and no response until another follow up email from me which Jennifer replied again that Brian will be in touch once he has the quote.Fast forward to March 22 (still no response) - sent a follow up email to both Jennifer + Brian to get pricing on April 5 - no response as of today (April 6).If theyre this unreliable and delayed (1+ month) with providing quotes on replacing patio doors, then cant imagine how theyre to deal with with the actual ordering/installation/post-service. Id not recommend them.
