Mia and Brooke are some of the most underrated artists in San Diego. Theyre such chill, beautiful people too! My husband and I have each gotten a tattoo from them and love them! They have really good flash tattoos on Friday the 13th and always add more each time. Prices are super reasonable too. We recommend them to all of our friends.

I do not normally write reviews, but I am so genuinely impressed with this business that I have too! Allan communicated so well throughout this entire process. He answered the million annoying questions I had. Allan had my tattoo designed and ready by the time I arrived for my tattoo. He made sure I loved the design, walked me through the process of how he drew it up, his shop was an impressive level of clean, and the price and time the tattoo took was fair and affordable. I was terrified to have someone new do a tattoo after seeing so many horror stories, but Allan is truly not like other tattoo businesses. The quality of work was enough to declare him my forever tattoo man and I have already scheduled more appointments for tattoos and piercings because I was so impressed! Ill post a picture of the artwork once the wrap is off, I have to build the suspense. Allan not only proved he was truly a great tattoo artist but also an intelligent business man. Im impressed with his artwork of course, but also what he has currently done to keep himself and his clients safe from COVID. The current efforts arent even all of what hes doing, taking temperatures before working, wearing a mask AND face guard, and limiting traffic in the store, Allan shared the clean and safe future of his entire business and its impressive! I shared my experience with Allan, the thigh piece he did for me and other works of his I found on his website and in reviews, with my family from Missouri and theyve already started to try and schedule appointments with him for when theyre in town visiting. He is good enough for people to travel 1,400 miles to see him. Thanks again Allan, I look forward to sharing and experiencing more good work!

If I am being honest, I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried multiple times reaching out to Jade Buddha because I had some questions and not a single time did they answer. I live pretty far but have heard good things so I wanted to double check with them what they had and their prices before driving 35 minutes to the place. I got a text message from a guy named Allan saying he worked there and asking what I needed. I responded very kindly asking him what piercing options he had and the prices and he said he’d get back to me and he never did. I then tried calling another two times to see if I could get some answers and got nothing. I gave up trying to contact this place because clearly they are unprofessional.

Allen was fast and willing to work with me to get just what I wanted. He and his fellow staff make you comfortable and are taking your health and the safety of their co-workers, families, and clients serious. Highly recommend! 10/10 will use again!

I brought my daughter here for her birthday to get 3 piercings, her third earlobe holes and her first cartilage piercing. In the past ear piercing has not been a very good experience for her, but we had gone to traditional ear piercing places that used guns. This was our first time at a parlor, but she was a champ. They were very good with her, explaining everything as they went, and offering water and even candy to boost her sugar in case she got shaky. They were very sweet with her. A really positive experience and great prices with their holiday sale.I also decided to get a small cover up tattoo done while I was there and was also very pleased with the turn out. The shop is very clean and they are meticulous about their process, so I was very comfortable in their shop, and will return in the future!Definitely recommend the shop for piercing and tattoos.

Ive gotten all three of my tattoos from this shop, the giraffe is my most recent one. Ive only gotten art from one artist there so I cant say much about the others, but Brooke is an amazing artist and the tattoos I have are great. I strongly recommend going to Jade buddah for your tattoos, they also do percings.

Got a hold of Alan. Sent him my tattoo idea and made an appointment. It was very simple he said he would be able to get me a design drawn up and send it to me pretty quick. One week went by with no correspondence, so I contacted him and he said he was a little bit behind but would get that to me in a couple days. didnt hear back. Called him the day of the appointment and he says he had a family emergency. Thanks for letting me know within that two weeks man. I could have went to a legitimate place and got it done and been happy but he screwed me around and lied. Super unprofessional!!!

Chest dermal piercing done here and had a very good experience! My friend recommended this place and did not disappoint! The piercer had his apprentice watch and both were very professional and they explained everything throughout the process. Clean place and love my new piercing! Would definitely go back in the future!

Alan did my nose piercing and he was super polite, professional, and speedy! I was in and out in 15 minutes and the piercing was virtually painless. I’ve had my nose pierced 3 times now and I highly recommend him as your go to!

New favorite shop. I just stopped here too two days in a row for three separate tattoos. Brooke gave me an adorable heart tatoo on my bum, she was very professional about the placement and made me feel very comfortable. Her art is amazing and she is a natural! Bruce did two triangles on my ankles, one represents creativity, the other represents exploration. He is a great new addition to the shop. I had the please of meeting the manager Mia this evening and shes so kind and professional and friendly! The staff here care a lot about their clients and their art and want to give you the best tattoo possible!

Rudi is the best! Ive done a few sessions towards my sleeve and I get so many compliments on it! Even though its not even finished! She can do whatever style of tattoo you can imagine. Mine is super realistic and it looks like someone put an actual photo on my arm. I cant imagine going to anyone else. Also everyone else that works there is really nice, Ive watched them work during my long sessions and they are really friendly and professional.

So, the owner is pretty unreliable. Had a terrible experience with him. Had high hopes on getting a tattoo, but for whatever reason he wasn’t able to deliver.

Such a great experience here! Every time:) Got my second tattoo by Mia today and it came out absolutely perfect 🙌🏼 such clean line work, and an amazing eye for detail especially on such a delicate piece. She had incredible patience as always:) and created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I got there. I worked with Mia on a completely original piece for a tattoo that went from my lower back up to the top of my shoulder. We kept in contact for a week about what I wanted and how to make it happen. She drew up several drafts and we made corrections after each one, until we both agreed on the final draft and it came out amazing! She took the time needed to flawlessly execute the piece and got the outline and coloring done in two sessions of less than two hours each.I highly recommend seeing Mia for anything youve got in mind!

I got my 1st tattoo here and as soon as I walked in they were welcoming. Walked me through the steps and made me less anxious. I keep getting compliments on the font of the words. He did a great job. Def reccomend.

I went on black friday it was very neat and professional I went with a friend to fix a butchered helix piercing, they explained what the other person did wrong. They showed her they ways it could be done correctly. My friend went with an industrial instead however and she loved it. Looking forward to getting a frenulum piercing there soon.

I came here for my first piercing ever and it was great! I was kinda scared, for obvious reasons, but this guy definitely knows what hes doing and hes so nice and straight forward! He talks you through everything and it didnt even hurt that badly!! (I have a low pain tolerance) would definitely recommend this place

Such a delight to be there and collaborate with artists on this level. I got my first nose piercing done here by Brooke. She was very helpful getting me everything I needed. I had some issues with swelling but they took great care of me and followed up every step of the way. Pic is of me the day after my piercing.

A woman that pierced me originally was nice but pierced my septum crooked. She then asked me to take out my own piercing while I️ waited which is unprofessional. I thought I️ would ask a more senior employee to perform the piercing and he was finishing up a tattoo stating it would take 30-45 minutes. I️ waited for 40 minutes when he told me he could not perform the piercing. Terrible communication. Would not recommend.
