Obviously store is quite nice to look at and they have a lovely selection.Its only when I bought something I found out that they have a no return policy on any items in the store.I had a negative experience.I recommend buying directly from stores where there is more transparency and accountability.

Every October we stay in the cottages on Crystal Pier, and I always look forward to shopping at Pangaea Outpost. I get some of my Christmas shopping done. They have so many unique things. Its fun just walking around looking at everything. Lots of spevial things for kids. Something for everyone.

This store is larger than it looks from the outside. It is sectioned off into individual vendor booths, filled with beautiful specialty items. You will find beachwear, sandals, childrens toys, clothing and books, candles, shells, crystals, art, plants, books. Its all sectioned, but flows well! Plan to spend some time exploring all that this beautiful emporium has to offer! So fun!

You could get lost in here for hours looking at all of the cool goods for sale. Great place to shop for gifts. So many vendors sections, all displayed beautifully.

Super cute space! So many options trandy and touristy combined. Loved that it had a combination of small business owners as well as some big box style of things to really fit every vibe. I would definitely come back to buy from there again.

My absolute favorite store to shop for special gift for my friends and family. There is something for everyone here. Tons of unique jewelry and clothing, accessories and household items. Novelty items and hand made crafts are just to many to describe. This store is a must for buying souvenirs or just something special for yourself!

Nice place to browse and shop. It is mostly geared towards female shoppers. The booths are operated by different sellers but there is a single cashier for all of them. Lots of womens clothes and things for the house.

The Pangaea Outpost is a large retail store that is more for tourists but definitely has some items for locals as well. Many peices of California or San Diego branded merchandise can be found throughout the store. Its usually pretty busy, and the staff is always walking around restocking or there to answer questions. Prices arent too bad for being so close to Pacific Beach.

So many great little trinkets. Its almost like a collection of stores decided to be in this one store. Almost every section has I could new theme or a new type of item you would want to buy. It was very hard for me to not by everything I saw, thats hard. Great store cant wait to come back.

This is one of our favorite stores in the area. They always have tons of unique, cool stuff. A great place for gift buying. One of those stores you can spend an hour in, and then come back the next day to see some more.

This store is about 20 stores in one. Great selection in a variety of brands and categories. Lots of in home decorations, clothing for men, women, and kids, hats, toys, cards, jewelry, and more.

Such a fantastic and fun place for unique gifts, home decor (even furniture!), and trendy boho clothing! If youre a local, check out this store often---stock changes constantly, if youre visiting, this is a San Diego must stop! It is a large, eclectic store with really well-priced merchandise.It is a vendor co-op with 70+ local vendors, thus the huge variety and cool San Diego locals only vibe. Right on Garnet, only 2 blocks from the beach! Free parking in the back.

Lots of cool things there. We always pick up our local honey from Pangaea whenever we are in the area. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Who knew these air ferns bloomed? Not me! This shop goes on for days! Very friendly staff, HUGE variety of gift ideas, although everything I bought was for ME.

Was shopping Sunday evening and had and employee with brown hair come and snatch the items that I was walking with. She didn’t do it to any other costumer walking around but made sure to hold mine upfront. Felt prejudice. Selection is diverse and decent but maybe try hiring better staff.

I have fallen in love with this store. I walked in there to kill time while I was waiting for my pizza across the street. They have so much cool stuff. Its kind of like an upscale flea market. Little quadrants full of goodies from different vendors. The woman I talked to who works there said its always changing because of that so you could go every week and see new stuff, and even miss things. I cant wait to go Christmas shopping there.

I loved this store, so much too look at! They carry puravida and I got this cute wave ring while my friend got a bracelet and ring! They had a cute variety of clothes as well but overpriced for my budget. Also great variety of gifts/souvenirs that say San Diego.

Usually drop at least $100 here when we visit. BUT... if you’re not going let let my 5 year old use the bathroom, that I know you have in the back, when I have a basket full of merch to buy, no problem. We’ll spend our money elsewhere.

This is a very fun shop to browse and gift shop. There is a very eclectic variety of booths that made shopping fun for me and my date. Walking around offered consistent surprises and unexpected funny moments. Thoughtful homemade gifts and products. Interestingly designed knick knacks and props. Sunglasses, crystals, toys, shirts. Just for fun shopping and souvenirs.

This business is awesome! It is one large store that is compiled of a bunch of smaller vendors that gather intricate and unique items from all over the world, some of which are handmade. The store associates are very personable and when they have been out of specific items Ive wanted in the past they have personally reached out to their suppliers to ensure the item(s) are provided to me in a timely manner. They truly go above and beyond to meet the needs of their consumers. I would highly recommend giving this store a visit when youre cruising down Garnet St.

This shop is amazing- I come every time I am in Pacific Beach. Its a huge shop with so many unique items, you are definitely going to find something for everyone here.There are a ton of different items for purchase as souvenirs, gifts, or just because. There is a range of handmade household goods, clothes, jewelry, etc, as well as a few things you could find in your average retail store.

Love this place for finding just the right gift for anyone on my list. Books, clothing, boots, wonderful art work and photography canvas to fill the guest room. Wind chimes that are one of a kind. Mermaid art and so much more. Great staff to help with whatever you are looking for. Oh, yes and coffee too.

This is one of the coolest marketplaces Ive been to. I keep coming back, theres just so much to see. Great for buying gifts, unique handmade souvenirs, beach lifestyle decorations, has an eastern spiritual section in the back... they even have cool books near the middle of the shop, and a baby section, and stuff for kids. I love the handmade soaps and body care stuff!

This is a great store for gifts. You can find something for everyone. They have tapestries, flip-flops, hip clothes, jewelry, cigar box guitars, cookware (with witty pop culture cutting boards and coasters), Tibetan singing bowls, local honey products... You get it. It is a little pricey which is the only downside, but its a great shop-local type of store

What a fun gift shop! I had never been in here before, just happened to see it when we were at the outdoor market in San Diego. They have different little sections that are country-specific. Theres things in many price ranges, so it should not be thought that its too expensive to stop in! I actually bought a very cute tunic top at a reasonable price! Make sure you have plenty of time to browse when you go there!

Great place to find a unique gift for somebody. The place is absolutely huge and can be a little overwhelming if youre not into shopping that much..😁😁. You can spend hours here walking around and looking at all of the unique gifts that they have. Its a fun place to go on the they that you have time to kill...

Very satisfied with everything I had bought from the store. Very cute place and lots of neat things. Most of all the staff was great! Amber I believe was working and she had helped me with calling a cab to the airport since my phone had broke and had no way to call a uber. So much appreciation to her!!

We found such cool things here when we were staying at the Pacific Terrace nearby. Great staff and very friendly, was even able to get us in touch with one of the artists so we could have some larger items shipped back to our house! See you again next time we are in town:)

I really like this exceptional artful store.There are many wonderful boutique style booths in Pangaea Outpost with artistic offerings of all types to decorate your place or find a gift for someone special to you. There are several local artisans that sell here with interesting and unique merchandise. The employees are always very nice, especially the store manager Tracy is very nice and very helpful with a huge personality and a helpful do the job right attitude.The store is becoming more and more metaphysical (could be the sign of the times); that is a turn off to me.All in all the Pangaea Outpost is the best gift shop in Pacific Beach and San Diego.

Pangaea Outpost is always worth the stop. They carry a delightful selection of sentimental, funny, and spiritual trinkets, knickknacks, and tchotchkes. A fun place to spend an hour or two looking through baubles and possibly finding that one little doodad to complete your collection of curios.

Browsed through the window we were eating next store and we browsed through the window...lots of glasses and shades also shirts and accessories...reminds me of a tourist store....

Smaller than I thought. Might be 70 vendors but they all have a tiny area of the store and the register is at the center. There are lots of clothes. Local art mixed with mass produced stuff. Not what I really expected but they still had some nice stuff.

Girlfriend said it was only okay. She was in longer than I. Some broken seams on clothing and very high prices.

I always find something for one of my friends... It s inspiring.
