Mira Mesa Glass came out and installed 4 new dual pane windows that look so beautiful! I get tons of compliments on my home windows. I have referred a lot of business to them since. The workmanship was awesome and the customer care was great. I highly recommend there service!

I went to Mira Mesa Glass to get a double pane window and new screens. The customer service was friendly and informative. They were able to complete the job quickly. Everything was made to perfect size. Thank you Mira Mesa Glass.

Re-screened two windows that had worked without problems for many years. Two weeks after installing these new screens from Mira Mesa Glass & Screen, the seal around one screen popped out, and the other screens seal snapped a few days later too. Mira Mesa Glass & Screen re-did the work begrudgingly, and again a few weeks later both seals snapped days apart. Tried to get the screens off, but the tabs they installed broke off incredibly easy.Ill be going somewhere else.

The sealing for my windows were inadequate. Air was coming in through the window when it was completely shut. My apartments contracted Mira Mesa Glass for the repairs. The first guy Chris was okay. He kept implying that I wanted new windows and then telling me the apartments probably wouldn’t give them to me because then everyone would want them. Chris checked both windows and saw that the needed supplies for the repair was not on his truck, so he decided to send Jose back later that day to do the repairs. From the time Jose entered the apartment to his departure he was rude and condescending. He fixed one window and refused to fix the other window. He acknowledged the needed repair, but the other window was not as bad as the first window, so he decided not to do it. I asked him to call Chris, so Chris would verify that both windows needed the repairs. He said he would call Chris and left the impression that he would return and let me know the results. He never returned. I called the apartment office and was told Jose had left. Jose has the worst customer service that I have seen in a long time. This is according to Chris is a small family business. The first window that was repaired is now impossible for me to open. I will have to ask the apartment maintenance personnel to open it for me. The repairs were done on the second window. In all of this, there wasn’t a hint of an apology for Jose’s behavior.

Absurdly expensive, charged elderly over $800 to install a $400 retail vinyl retrofit window. Labor and material costs not itemized on receipts, only one total cost. No window/part/mfr/warranty info/documentation given. Poor business etiquette, standards, and organization. Given the runaround for months to fix the leaking window they put in. Saying they have to come out to look at it, after they already came out. Not proactive assisting customers. Never calling back, even when quotes for new windows were part of getting the old one repaired. They dont have a website? Where is the full contact info on their weblistings, including fax and email? Contractors license active. $15k bond covers very little home damage if it occurs.

I called the store yesterday and told them in detail that i had a mirro that was cracked and needed it changed out of a frame. The person on the phone said for such a small mirror it will cost arpund $15. My husband went to the store this morning with the mirror. The peraon was on a call for over 10mins..and did not attend to my husband. Also he just aaid briefly that the mirror will cost $20 and labor to change it out another $20!!!! The change out is like a picture frame! This is so wrong. No wonder this company has such poor reviews.

Had the best experience... shower doors and panels look great and work perfectly. Love my new shower!!!
