Torrey Holistics has a very comforting aura around it. Not only are the security staff members sociable and respectful, the bud-tenders are very friendly and have a great deal of medical and recreational marajuana intelligence. The three employees whom have helped me have respective qualities that make each visit something to look forward to beyond simply buying weed. Colton is very welcoming and relaxing to discuss options with. Emily C has consistently given me good suggestions for products. Sean C has educated me on many different forms of THC and CBD products. Not only has Sean recommended some of the best THC products. He did not hesitate to help me divise a plan to limit my THC use after I had explained my concern that I may be addicted. Overall good hearted staff and diverse selection of THC/CBD products.

Driver refused to give delivery order. Already paid and signed. The manager has not responded after I called. this was 3 weeks ago. I am a loyal customer. This service is really unfair. Someone there needs to fix this or prove the order was refunded (i have bank records showing the charge)

Usually my husband goes in for me so I dont know much about the strains or what the names are of the strains I do like. So, when I went in to Torreys alone I was kind of nervous. I totally thought they were going to try to get me to buy the most expensive stuff instead of educating me on what I would like, but it was the exact opposite! The woman that helped me was so patient and so understanding of my non-knowledge of everything. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and even had a great conversation while looking at everything. I wish I could remember the sales womans name. She definitely deserves some recognition! This place is pretty cool! Cant wait for more to open. The wait was not long at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had the nachos and Mac balls. The food was decent, I thought it could of been better. The ambience was really nice! I just felt like they crammed too many tables together. All in all, you cant go wrong with this place!

Once passing all the security and check-in protocols, then you are treated just as much welcome and friendly as you could possibly get, in a wonderful manner of course! I came into this dispensary with very high hopes. The security & & front desk workers were incredibly professional and helpful. My budtender was not. As I started explaining what I was looking for, he immediately cut me off with a highly irritated tone and started explaining to me things I already knew. I asked him to please let me finish explaining myself, but he kept making incorrect assumptions about what I was about to say. He was getting increasingly irritated with me, and I was feeling disrespected by him and exasperated. I got what I needed in the end when he finally decided to listen to me. Instead of getting him in trouble and going to their manager, I decided to calmly tell him that he was being quite rude to me. He said, Im sorry you feel like I was being rude.What I thought was going to be an excellent and professional dispensary, was ruined by yet another holier than thou know it all budtender, which is sadly all too common in our industry. If I had any recommendations it would be to ask your customers probing questions, rather than make assumptions & get frustrated because of your own assumptions.I loved the rest of the staff and the atmosphere, but I will not be visiting again.

I went with a friend to pick up an online order. When we got there, we were told nothing was in the system but... Hector was nice enough to run in and fill the order and bring it out in a timely matter.

First thing I must say is that I appreciate yall at TH (have for a long time) and must acknowledge that even before the state made it mandatory, Torrey was ahead of the curve in terms of the level of service they offer. Smoothest online ordering possible that has been going on for years, seriously these folks know what theyre doing and they do it very well.I have been coming to Torrey as a medical patient for a while, and I think they are the best in the state. Ive been to many shops over the past decade, in every major metro in California. Personally I’ve always loved you’re shop setup but there never is a great deal in the years of coming to you I’ve never gotten and amazing deal that stood out to me like other dispos’All of the flower seems rather mainstream brands not the best known to the moment, and the the small stock of variety kills and avid smoker, you walk into it hoping for a wide variety and get an almost tunnel vision with how every display window in the shop is the same. Even for what is behind the scenes there is no way for anyone to know of it without seeing it . The only reason for a 3 star is the bud tenders are really amazing and do there best to keep people happy and well kept, and bless them for working for us during this time they deserve the best.

Always a great experience. I started with a cancer and cannabis class with Dr. Beth. Very educational. I decided not to use any cannabis products while going through chemotherapy, but I do enjoy the edibles now that I’m done with it. Always a good variety, quality products, and great pricing. Customer service is always top notch.

Super simple and easy~! Ordered online, had pick up times to choose from. Chose the next available, which was in half an hour. Was 3rd in line at the curbside pick up. Had my order checked and brought to me in about 10 minutes, by the curbside gentleman, who was extremely efficient, polite. All in all, perfect. Signing up and ordering online was easy. Got there, showed i.d. and paid, the nice gentleman who was outside went in and got my order (pick up of course), and he came right out and gave me a bag. Torrey’s is hands down the best storefront in southern CA for all your flower, and smoke accessory needs. Coming in as a new patient on my first visit, the process for getting registered was fast, and simple. As well as being satisfying, low cost, and very informative. Needless to say the workers there like Ed and Izzy know their stuff. It was in the following visits I realized how good they actually are. I tested their knowledge on numerous products, and they always delivered. I was given a discount card to use for 10% off and once forgot it, but was still given the discount by a supervisor. The workers listen well and give good recommendations based on your interests. Tarron put me on to a very good product, and even pulled out the appraisal tool so that I could get a good close look. They have all the accessories you need along with a huge selection of flower. Just very cool people all the way up the chain. Super chill and hospitable experience every time, and I’m from MS, the hospitality state.!Edit: and the FREE rolling tray wasn’t too bad either..

The road there makes it seem like a sketchy back road place but in all reality it’s not. Great environment and the people are super nice. They have a great setup and are very efficient. One of the best places I’ve gone to so far.

The budtenders know what theyre doing; their recommendations never fail to impress me. I have been a regular for nearly the entirety that I have been a medical marijuana patient. The 20 minute drive to my favorite dispensary is always a pleasure. Their products are high quality, and I have referred many friends here. And last but not least, their staff is so friendly! I had a great experience ordering edibles online to be delivered to my home. The website is easy to use and delivery was prompt. The only negative aspect of my purchase was that it was accompanied by SO. MANY. TEXTS. There is really no need for the over communication from so many different phone numbers. Then after my purchase I received a text that amid the COVID-19 shortage of masks and hand sanitizer that these items would be given to clients in the store. I understand the want to keep people in public healthy while keeping a small business open, but I found this to be very selfish in a time that those items could have been made available to those who truly needed them.

I had neck surgery awhile back and I’ve had 2 back surgeries in the past 2 years. Having the right edibles, oils, etc. has been extremely helpful during my recoveries and beyond. Ive tried just about everything and havent really had a complaint. When they told me its good but doesnt last as long i literally had that experience. When they say more for pain thats what they mean and I couldnt ask for more.Friendly Staff, knowledgeable people, great products, but a little pricey due to convenient location.Also, if you go on a Sunday or Saturday around 2 or 3, you may see wild deer running in the parking lot.Not kidding. Quicker than expected. On the website it was a few dollars more than what I actually needed to pay (At the door it was 51 & online it was 58 & I planed a couple dollar tip too). Because of the excellent service and product I feel happy to have left the extra cash as a tip :)

Lowells is the first cannabis cafe. We visited during Halloween. Our reservation was for 8:15pm. There wasnt a line. They offered us a high top to sit if we didnt want to wait a couple of minutes. I regretted that decision haha.

2 and a half starzThis is the only place I ordered delivery from cuz I live 3 minutes away and Im finally giving a review because the service has just dropped downhill. When I started coming here I would refuse to go to mad men because their staff was absolutely horrific to me one time but and you USED to have a one hour window, what happened to that? And still with all that extra time still cant get it right. Last time I ordered delivery my order was 90$ wh3n the driver finally got here I gave Hime 100$ and he turned and walked away like there was a fire or something. I always leave a generous tip I even asked as he was walking away if I could get some change and he kept Walking. I guess drivers are tipping themselves now and he thot he deserved a 10$ tip. Didnt even ask wow.Update Gave them another chance today when I saw a good deal on the website. Besides living 5 minutes away and always always getting my order at the very end of their rediculous three hour window, my major grievance with your online ordering and delivery system is the estimated total and when they get here its always always more than an estimated total its usually only a couple bucks but today I was given an estimated total of $72 and when the driver finally got here the total I was given was $93 its a $21 difference and that is just not acceptable, if I had not pulled a hundred out of the ten instead of 80 like I was going to I would have not been able to actually buy my order which really would have been an issue. You guys need to honor the price you give out for that exact scenario period.

I placed an online order for pickup (during the virus). Their hours are open until 9:00. I arrived at 8:59, but no one was at the outdoor pick-uo counter. I was greeted by a security guard who told me they were closed. I told him I had an online order for pickup - he was polite and acknowledged I was there by 9, but said too bad and wouldnt even talk to the people inside to tell them I was there. I tried to get there earlier, but I drove all the way from Oceanside (30 minutes each way) and hit some traffic. Regardless, I was there on time and a business should be open for their stated hours, especially when they have an order coming.
