Take your business elsewhere. They will charge your card whether or not they intend on filling your order. Their customer service is unprofessional and immature. All you have to do is look at how they respond to their customer reviews. I am not sure whether this company is legit or if they are just fishing for credit card information. My one and only experience with them is detailed below.Below is the e-mail exchange after Spa Store charged by credit card.SPA STORE: Pillow 5850062 does not match the other pillows. For a match up, please reply with front and back group photos of all pillow.ME: I am not sure what you mean by front/back group photos. Are you talking about the old pillows? I am not sure that I have all three still.SPA STORE: Yes, that is correct.ME: The old waterfall pillow and lounge pillow photos are attached. I dont have a photo of the neck pillow. Hope this helps.SPA STORE: what about the front side of the pillow?ME: I am okay with the style not being exact. Is that why you want to see the front? It says all three ordered are charcoal or black. That is good enough for me.SPA STORE: Refunded for lack of cooperation

BUYER BEWARE! First, the product I received was not what was pictured on their website. When I contacted them, they admitted it was not and they did it to trick people into buying something that doesnt work. When I requested to return it they agreed if I paid full shipping costs and then they insulted me saying I was too dumb to figure out a way to make it work. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Placed an order for $200 of spa chemical/filter early Aug 2020, card was charged but did not received an email confirmation with shipping ETA, sent an email a couple weeks later asking about delivery since nothing arrived. Email from website responded with no signature line nor person respondings name saying products were delayed due to Covid. Ok I get it but dont charge my card when delay is over a month long......bad merchant practice and against VISA rules. so most of my order did arrive 4 weeks later but had two missing items which I emailed again asking whats up?? Got an email today saying my card would refunded for the two items with no explanation nor signature of whom Im dealing with. really disappointed in lack of professional service and it leads me to think the people who own the website are not in San Diego

I placed an order online. I got it as promised. The parts worked. That went well. Unfortunately I dont need to be preached on packaging and cards in the box. I understand you have your beliefs, but I dont need or want them shoved in my face. Just like I wont shove my beliefs in your face. You just lost a customer. Im sure you dont care but it just had to be said.

Try to order something from this store. It was the worst experience you could have rude, unresponsive and still don’t know why they cancel my order after 3 weeks. They took the money quick enough but that was the end. Rather drive A long distance and try to deal with these people.

The experience we had we had with Tae was wonderful. He took his time and explained everything he needed to repair. Prices quoted were given upfront! He completed the repair in no time. He knows what he is doing for sure. We would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Placed an order on Saturday... Thinking cool Ill have my part in no time Next thing I know 2 days later they sent an email requiring me to reply with I Accept that the item is non-refundable. No problem doing that, so I did. I also asked why didnt they say that I need to perform that task during checkout. spastore didnt like my comment so they canceled my order.. wasting another day. BOZOs I say, they have no idea how to do on-line business.

I never place reviews on small business but my experience with these guys was ridiculous. All I wanted was 5 lb of chlorine for my hot tub, I placed the order online and waited for a tracking # which never came when I called they said I needed to give them the specifics on age, size and type of hot tub! Forced customer Database populating at its worse.If there was a negative star I would have picked it.

I can’t explain how great of experience I had with this Company. I was having some issues with my Spa once it was delivered and Tae came over and fix everything. He gave me additional advice and explained a lot of things I did not know being the first time I’ve owned a Spa. I highly recommend Tae and will use him anytime I have any issues.

I highly recommend Tae for anything with your Soft Tub. He is very knowledgeable and patient throughout the repair process. What could have been a very costly repair was much better because Tae was willing to put in some extra effort. I had my unit back within 10 days and we are now enjoying our tub. He was even available by phone to walk us through some power issues at home.

I have a Softub spa and love it, but I didnt take care of it too well due to many things happening. Tae came out and restored it to like-new state! Not only is he technically competent, he is a pleasure to have here at my home to do the work. His attention to detail speaks well of him. More importantly, to me, anyway, is that he took quite a bit of time to explain clearly what I hadnt ever been told about caring for my Softub spa. Taking time to educate a customer can mean a lot more than just fixing whats not right. Furthermore, when it came to filling and such, he didnt hang around as if to charge more money, he showed, and told, me what to do, then returned to replace some gaskets and I did the final refill. I so appreciate his simple but thorough explanations about my Softub spa and how to avoid what had happened before!
