Just make sure you don’t have to return anything. After the run around for several days, they’ll nail you with a 50 percent restock fee. Maybe find a more ethical place to do business with.
Ordered a new top from Bestop. Received item on time and installation was fairly simple. This is the second top I’ve purchased from Morris for my 2002 Wrangler. Always receive good service and best prices available.

I was extremely dissatisfied. I ordered a extended brake line for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler jk and the line I got was shorter than the factory one and the threads didn’t even match. The brake line didn’t even line up with the caliper. I had to grind it down to get that to even line it up. It like the line they sent me wasn’t even made for the jeep. I am extremely disappointed would not recommend!!
Ordered a 2.5 lift with Fox shocks over 2 weeks ago for my Jeep and never received my order. Called a week ago to ask when it was going to ship and they said they showed no order for me even though they got $1,100 from my bank account through PayPal. I’ve called the customer service number for them (FYI, Morris 4x4 and AutoAnything are the same) you can not talk to a live person, only chat. I’ve explained the situation to 2 different people (on chat) and emailed a copy of the invoice and it’s been “elevated “ and I got a ticket number. Person in the chat tried to help but couldn’t and said supervisors were busy in a meeting and the company would email me. I never got an email or a phone call. My build is now on hold and I’ve disputed this with PayPal but they have 30 days to respond. I will spend my $ elsewhere. Horrible customer service and no accountability!
Everything went smoothly. Got my new core doors within 4 days of my order. Taylor in sales was great and even gave me an extra discount. Ive been buying from Morris for years and theyve never let me down. Will be back.

Best deal I could find on a Rough Country lift kit for my JK. Arrived earlier than expected and already have it installed. Really happy with my purchase and can highly recommend Morris 4x4.
Ordered a part off the website. was sent out the wrong part mistake on there end because I was told that they didn’t have the part that Had ordered. Was changed 77$ for a part that was for my truck and only received 60$ back as a refund. It’s not my fault I was sent the wrong part. I have been e mailing them for several weeks on a reply and they will not reply. Bad experience. Will not be using them again!
This is my 3rd order from Morris 4x4. Always good prices and fast shipping. Had an issue with one of my parts and customer service arranged for a quick exchange. Couldnt ask for more.

I placed an order with Morris and so sorry I did... Research has educated me that Morris is basically a call center and is NOT a warehouse and doesn’t stock products. I asked that very question to customer service and they said they used to stock products but just went to “drop shipping” from the manufacturers. I’ve waited over a month and still haven’t received my order. PEOPLE!!!! Do yourselves a favor! Use a reputable company even if you have to pay more! This is just to aggravating!
Horrible shipping my dipstick tube broke off. I can’t drive with out it. So I bought one here on the 22nd just to call them asking where is my tracking I was told it shipped out only today and won’t be here till the 10th. Extremely horrible off-roading shop. Never will buy here again
I placed an order for just my trucks bumper and I had to cancel my order; because they kept pushing My shipping date months back. I ordered right before the COVID lockdown which is almost a year ago! I tried calling 3 times each time being on hold for over an hour! After many emails sent the only one I got a response to was my cancellation. Never had to wait this long for anything to ship…
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Talked to GEORGE in their East Coast location and he was incredibly patient and helpful with my many CJ issues. He set me up with a great power brake kit AND made the extra effort to call the manufacturer directly to get shipping expedited! Its now installed and my CJ stops like a Ferrari. WAY beyond my expectations. THANK YOU, GEORGE! Give that man a raise!
One of the worst!! Ordered my axle shaft, they said it’s in stock. Now 11 days later they still haven’t shipped it out, and every time I call they say it’s shipping tomorrow. TRASH COMPANY!!!

Horrible company to deal with. They over promise and under deliver every time. They will also lie to you about where products come from. The FTC should really investigate their shady business practices.
