The manager Tommy made it this drudging experience fun and easy. Like he said its like trying on a pair a shoes! He had 3 samples of mattresses to determine the firmness of what you feel comfortable at. He and his co worker wore masks, give you a paper sheet to place over the pillow so you can try out each bed. After several questions, trying out each bed, we decided on which one my son liked. (I already had purchased my adjustable bed 3 years ago from mattress firm too!) He gave us lots of different options based on quality and price. We choose the one he wanted gets it delivered on Friday which is only 2 days so we were very pleased he got down to business and we didnt waste his time or ours. Thanks again for a great experience. And a great birthday present for my son!

Came in on a rainy day just to check the price of twin mattresses and walked out with a monthly payment approval and a mattress thatll be set up and delivered to my home in 2 days. Getting married in a few weeks and my fiancé and I needed to buy a new bed for our first place together. Both of ours are old and too small. WE walked in and were greeted by Tommy, the senior store manager, who is a gem. He walked us through the entire process, asking us pertinent questions, listening to our answers, fielding our own questions, and gently guiding us to the perfect option for us! He explains the different technologies and firmness options clearly, doesn’t rush you, gives you time to talk amongst yourselves, and makes sure you have all of the best information to make the best selection for your needs AND for your budget. He is friendly, courteous, genuine, and not at all pushy. We had a great experience, and left with a comfortable new bed! (Well, left with a delivery time, which went off without a hitch!) Very happy with my new Setup. Tempur-pedic Lux-Breeze Firm with the ergo extend. I did the install with a prego lady. Took 30 minutes to set up with the app and installation. Slept on it last night did the massage, tested the lights, and adjusted the mattress in all setting on the base. The mattress firm but soft flexible and cool to the touch. Not to warm and very comfortable. Love it. You won’t go wrong with this brand. As for the sales staff at Mattress Firm thank you Tommy for making the experience fun and smooth.

Melissa was extremely helpful in resolving our issues, and went really far out of her way to get us what we needed.We were in the middle of a remodel, so we asked to not have the mattress delivered for a few months, during which time the manufacturer discontinued the model we initially tried out. When we received the mattress, we were sent the updated model that was the equivalent price, but it was a step down in terms of comfort (less than half the gel layer thickness). We had already received a massive clearance discount, but Melissa was able to secure a replacement for us at no cost for the higher priced model. Very accommodating, and much appreciated!

He greeted us and unlike other people he offered us the most affordable mattresses and based on our preference, he asked a couple of questions to make sure he was giving us the best options (I know this because I did my research online before to avoid being scammed) He went over the importance of a good mattress and the difference between models. We walked in to see what those Purples actually felt like, so we went over the that section. After some time (the right amount of time...not too little or too much) for us to check it out, Ivan walked over to see if we needed any help. Very friendly and mentioned the clearance items. None were available, but this was a nice option to consider. Throughout the process, Ivan didnt apply the high pressure sales tactics. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and taken seriously. We felt comfortable stepping away to discuss at each step. Ultimately, after finding every discount possible, we walked out with an invoice and a delivery scheduled!We wanted to shift the delivery, and doing so was a quick call and done. The delivery process was also very smooth. Time estimate was accurate, and crew friendly. The haul-away was much appreciated (Thanks Ivan!).Yes, the mattress is heavy, but 2 moderately strong people should be able to set it up. We are only a couple nights into the mattress, but so far, it is great. The 7.5” Harmony pillows are quite amazing.In the end, we got a real person to talk to, better service than direct through Purple, and got an equal or better price with everything going through Ivan and Matress Firm. We’re very happy with our purchase and the process.

Ivan (forgive me if I got the name wrong, I’m horrible with names), but Ivan, was awesome! I walked in, he asked me a few questions to narrow down what tripe of bed I needed, we narrowed it down to two and then two became one. He gave me a great package deal (bed, box spring and mattress cover) the paperwork took no more than 10 minutes and I was out the door. I got a texted later that afternoon to confirm the next day delivery time from of just 2 hours. The bed was delivered right on time and I don’t want to get out of it. It’s a lovely store with employees who care and know the history of the store. My only criticism is - when we walked in and were greeted so kindly, we asked if they carried Purple sheets to which they said Yes! Well - they don’t. You have to order them. Feels a bit deceiving. We ordered them and spent over 800 and will enjoy the sheets but truly wanted the sheets that day. So - I think when asked - they should state that while they don’t carry them physically- they can be ordered.Just my two cents.
