The other reviewer “Isabel Ramos” is a FAKE. Twins bridal does NOT have any record of anyone in that name. This is someone trying to tarnish Twins Bridals reputation/business.How are you going to write a review 3 weeks ago which would be February 20,2021 about your “wedding” when we have been in quarantine for COVID for the last 2 years.The photo provided was from 3/4 YEARS ago because the photographer recognizes the older camera he used. Also to add, the photo is taken AT THE RECEPTION (PARTY) NOT the church which was falsely explained in the review. You can clearly see the table and chairs decorated (which is done at the party) & you talking about the decorations is wrong as well. They provide you with different packages and PHOTOS to choose from so you know exactly what you are expecting and paying for, BUT I won’t get into that as this is a FAKE REVIEW.If that person Isabel had so many bad things to say, please add more photos & receipts to back up your claims and seem more legit, instead of being fake. Every client has a right to leave a review but not a FAKE person pretending to be a customer.This is unacceptable, especially to a trusted, small business that is honest & doesn’t screw you over.Which is why they have been successful over the years and it’s monsters like this that wish bad upon successful people. ISABEL RAMOS WAS NEVER A CLIENT AT TWINS BRIDAL.And I was comparing their text style with “Vanessa Carlos” the other reviewer that left 1 star, I realized they wrote the exact same way including saying the same line at the beginning. Their text styles were almost identical! I would not be surprised if it was the same person.

If I could rate this zero stars I would!! They completely messed up the dresses for my damas for my 15 and wouldnt even give me a refund. I asked for one dress and they made the complete oposite!! This is unacceptable!! My party is less than a month away and how am I supposed to find other dresses??? I already paid and she wouldnt even bring down the price of the dresses!! My experience here was terrible and I will NOT be recommending this place at all!!!!!
