Great experience.I live in Valencia but decided to take my car in for maintenance at Rydell because the Valencia dealership did not have an opening for two months. I’m very happy I did. The team at Rydell addressed all of the items on my checklist and got me in and out the same day for less than what I have been previously charged in Valencia.I worked with Priscilla and Victor. They were professional and did a great job of following up and answering any questions I had.
Incredibly bad customer service. Looked for a truck on their website and I have a trade in so I put my car information and the website clearly said I have 25.7k trade in value for my car. I go in person and they offer me 22k. The sales manager, Abraham, was the most disrespectful manager I’ve ever met. I don’t even know his last name because he didn’t have the decency to introduce himself. Walks over to us while using his phone. He sits down, while using his phone. And his first words to us we spoken, while using his phone. Ridiculous. But it gets better. The salesman, Oscar, failed to mention that the car I inquired about was not only USED, but it had been REAR-ENDED! I had to find this out the SECOND day of negotiations after a bunch of excuses about “someone took the keys home we can’t find the keys to the car”. Just ridiculous for a business to hire people like this, much less promote them to a managerial position. Will make sure Better Business Bureau knows about 2 forms of false Advertisement. One, they didn’t honor the offer that THEIR website made on the car. Two, they listed a USED car, a CRASHED car, as a “new” car on their website. Horrible experience.
I ordered my new Jeep Wrangler 4xe through Nolan and my experience was perfect, so stress free! I ordered my Jeep and it was ready in about 2 months, so quick and from there it was a breeze. My lease agreement was already done so when I got my car delivered to me, I just had to sign a few papers and that was it! Such a quick and easy experience compared to being at the dealerships for hours on end and having salesman haggle you. My jeep was custom built to my liking so its perfect!! I love it! MUST READ !!! So i went here about 3-4 weeks ago to get my car serviced and labor was really expensive . but thats not the complain, I payed about 1,700 to get my oil dip stick stolen by them and for them not to do there work right … I called and told them they didnt replace my oil dipstick back and VICTOR the main guy I talked to told me that he will order me another dip stick and that he will call me when it arrived. so its been about 3-4weeks now and no call back. also, they put more coolant then they where supposed to and again Victor said it should go down but instead it has been leaking out slowly spraying on my air intake! let me remind you I payed 1,700 what a major disappointment ! Update:So they haven’t called me for my oil dipstick and on top of things the over filled coolant started leaking even more from the radiator hose time to go pay more for the fix but this time not from boofdell(rydell) you want good quality work go to American radiator!!!

Rydell service department is the worst. Rick Service Manager but calls himself Service Director didnt bother to take this into consideration making excuses and false claims. A new Dodge/Chrysler vehicle comes with 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I had a part of my vehice that came defective from the factory, was told it is under warranty but that they do not feel the need to fix it. Read that again, a new vehicle that is under the warranty will not be fixed because they do not feel the need to fix it. Took it to the next dealer, they agreed to replace the defective part. Why do I need to take time out of my busy schedule to drive to another dealer? The other dealer made it so easy. What happened to the so called great Rydell customer service?
Amazing service! I went in today looking to purchase a Grand Cherokee. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Omar who welcomed my kids and I. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and it usually takes up so much time. I have to say that Omar was patient in answering all of my questions as well as being knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the process of buying a car and did it in a way that made me feel comfortable and totally satisfied with the car I would be purchasing. I walked out of Rydell with the car I had been wanting to purchase for a long time. If you’re looking for good quality service and a knowledgeable sales person, make sure you mention Omar Espinoza.
Had a check engine light come on and had it serviced at Rydell jeep. Darlene in the service Dept was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the service of my vehicle. Vehicle required a total replacement of the Left head which was covered under the 5/60,000 warranty. Vehicle service was completed in a timely manner and was updated by Darlene throughout the process. Bit concerned that a 2017 jeep with 45,000 miles needed a new head but hopefully this is the only problem I will have. 🤞. Good experience overall.
Before anything else, make sure your vehicle has LOJACK if you paid for it!!!!I paid almost $800 for LoJack in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Initially, I asked to take off the LoJack from the purchase contract because I did not need it. I was then told I was not able to because the vehicle had LoJack already installed. Fair enough. About three months later, (last week), I called LoJack to assist me in registering my vehicle for their mobile app. After confirming with two LoJack representatives, they told me I never had LoJack installed in my vehicle. I obviously became upset because I was clearly told by Rydell that my vehicle already had LoJack and I was unable to take it off from my contract.I called Rydell immediately after and advised them of the situation. After Rydell confirmed I did not have LoJack, Rydell offered to have a LoJack representative come to my house to install their system in my vehicle. They totally missed the part of them scamming me!!! Can you imagine if I’d never checked with LoJack about this issue? Most people don’t need LoJack until their vehicle has been stolen. It was only by curiosity I was able to find I never had it to begin with even though I paid almost $800 plus interest rates included in the purchase price. I asked Rydell for a refund instead and they stated they would be sending me a check within 7 to 10 days. It still doesn’t eliminate the fact I was lied to, scammed and completely disregarded as a customer.Please, if you purchased a LoJack from this dealership make sure your vehicle has it.
The service here is excellent and the dealers are really looking for a price that is convenient for the customer. Joseph Santolallla helped my family and I tremendously! As a first-time car buyer I was a little scared to see what it would be like but he is very patient and on top of everything. He helped us with a great deal on a Dodge Charger. If you go, please ask for Joseph he will help you out a lot!

Dave Garcia was the service manager I spoke to at Rydell. the morning I took my vehicle, I think he sensed my nervousness but didnt know why. I had an awful experience with another dealer service center and was hesitant to go elsewhere even though I have a warranty on my Jeep. Dave was upfront and honest about the issue with my vehicle and I trusted he would take care of the issue. I have my Jeep as promised and its running great.

I bought a new 2021 Jeep Wangler Rubicon 4XE two months ago and it’s been in the Rydell Service for multiple problems already, the engine light came on three times, the throttle light came on three times, The jeep stalled multiple times and the charger for the jeep doesn’t work. Since I purchased the jeep I haven’t enjoyed it because it’s always in service getting work done when it’s a brand new jeep. Hopefully now since it’s still at the dealership I can start doing a Lemon Law on it. This jeep is not safe. Do NOT purchase a Jeep 4XE it’s a waste of time and money.
I had an emergency situation where my door latch failed ion my ProMaster 3500, van, and I was unable to get to the equipment I desperately needed for my job. When I begged the service manager at Dependable Dodge where I originally purchased the vehicle for help, he told me to come back in 10 days. I then took the vehicle to Rydell Dodge, explained my problem to Rick the service manager, and even though they were just as backed up as “Not So Dependable” Dodge, he took the vehicle in, assigned me to service Rep Aristeo Franco, who immediately had the problem assessed and ordered the parts. I had my vehicle back the following day. The professionalism and compassion to my needs were greatly appreciated. I will never go anywhere else for service again.
I know I gave a 5 stars, but just want to let you know 3 months ago I came to you guys to do recall on my jeep wrangler 2010 but I still did not got any phone calls. Everytime I call your guys’s service department, you guys try to unwave me and come up with solution as “next week or week after, we’ll give you a call” its been more than and beyond couple of months!! Please I wanna know if your going to do my recall or not.
My Mechanic recommend Rydell Dodge to fix my 2019 Caravan that he said should still be under warranty, when another local dealership wanted to authorize $1900 to work on it. The turnaround time at Rydell was great for the amount of work that had to be done and the Van is running great.

I bought my ram 2500 at beginning last year and theres a issue with def system they told me to bring the truck and they going to take care my truck is only 12 thousand miles I asked them to do oil change, after 3 weeks the call me truck is ready but you has to pay for the oil change and I told the cashier lady I have free 4 oil change cashier call management to whats going on I explain her, but she doesnt believe me after 30 minutes,guess what cashier didnt look on the bottom on the computer saying free oil change the need to paying more attention...
I purchased a 2021 RAM Rebel and the price was incomparable to other dealerships within a 30 mile radius, I was assisted by salesman Mauricio Martinez throughout the process and let me tell you everything was phenomenal. He knew the all the details of the truck and was very helpful when it came down to pricing and overall purchasing of the vehicle. Once in financing to sign paperwork everything was a breeze with the knew technology they have in hand I didnt spend no more than 10 minutes signing documents and not to mention all your paperwork is now loaded on a USB, such a great idea. I was looking for a very specific Ram 2500 that was really hard to locate. I was helped by Fred Unger. He was a great salesman and his customer service was incredible! He went over the trucks they had, the ones in transit and he checked stock everywhere possible. Because if my tight timeline (planned vacation), I couldnt wait for a special order. Even after it became clear that I wouldnt be buying from him, Fred still did all he could to answer my questions, was honest and didnt rush me out. Because of my situation, I had to buy right away and ended up buying at another dealership. When Im in the market again, or if anyone I know needs a Dodge, Ram or Jeep, I will use Freds services and will recommend him without reservation.THANKS FRED!
Should wrote this review a couple of years ago - My wife needed a car quick for a new job after turning in her company car. My good buddy Frank worked there and went to see him. He got her a great deal on a new Jeep Compass with no money down and average credit. Since then the whole team, including the service department has been an awesome experience
They were extremely helpful, they were able to see me in timely manner where other locations were asking me to wait 2-3 weeks, l appreciate the way they handled everything, I will definitely start using them for all my regular vehicle maintenance on both my vehicles.
Highly recommend the service department. Ive been here three times this calendar year and been more than happy each time. Eddie and Victor were my service writers and both got me in and out quickly and efficiently. They also kept me notified as the to repair status and any other issues that had cropped up. I chose this service department, which is about 20 miles from my home, versus the one in my town, because of the excellent service, both mechanical and customer.

Rydell is outstanding, both sales and service. I am glad I purchased my Pacifica Hybrid from them. They were straightforward on their best price, which was below all of the other dealerships I checked. Service/repair people are great. They treat me with respect even if I let a stupid question slip out. I live over 20 miles away from Rydell and never thought it would be worth driving 45 minutes each way to get scheduled maintenance, but I trust them.Below is a horrific experience at another dealership. I ramble on and only include it as a cautionary tale. (Im not sure how many characters Im allowed)Sadly, based on past experiences with OTHER car dealers, I always assumed that car dealers couldnt be trusted. When I was shopping dealerships for my Pacifica Hybrid, the most dishonest of the dealers tried to trick me. I told the 2 salespersons, (yes, 2 of them...they double teamed me), that their 1st offer was too high, so they walked away to see what they could do, leaving me waiting for a long exhausting amount of time. They finally came back and showed me their new offer. After their eternal fast talk they were finally wearing me down. I almost thought it was a great deal, took the bait and bought from them. Then I realised that they had deducted the $7,500 electric car rebate in 2 different places/ways to come down to the new price. After more than 2 hours, I got up disgusted and walked out. I would have been out the $7,500 and actually paid more than their 1st offer. I then called Rydell and they didnt play any high pressure games and gave me the best offer. Buying my Pacifica from Rydell saved $ and was a great experience.

I scheduled an oil change, new batteries for my key fob and needed my wiper fluid tank replaced. Prompt service, everyone was nice ... the only issue is that no one looks at what I was bringing in my car for. I had scheduled my appointment about 10 days before, but no one bothered to order my part (the wiper fluid tank). So now I have to take another visit as they had to order the part that day.
Me and my wife went in for a jeep Sahara high altitude and Marco sales rep and eddy in finance were amazing and exceeded our expectation. Marco was great, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. He answered each and every one of our questions and gave us space and time as much as we needed until we made our decision. After our horrible experience with Hector from Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park, I was not expecting much from Rydell Dodge. From the moment we drove into the Rydell Chrysler Dodge shop we were treated with great customer service by Darlene. She was organized, professional and very available to any questions we had. She checked us in and was our contact throughout the entire process. We ended up needing major work done to our Ram truck which only took three days compared to a week and half we were told by Dependable Dodge before they would even look under the hood. The cost for an oil change and brakes were cheaper than we were quoted by Dependable Dodge. The major work that was done was almost half of what we were quoted by two other places. So, All in All our experience with Rydell Chrysler Dodge was exceptional and we will definitely return for all our maintenance needs.

I was in the market for a new car and decided to buy a charger rt. This dealership is possibly one of the best ones in the area. I checked out 5 dealerships for an rt before coming to Rydell. Not only is their customer service the best, but their pricing is the best. The salespeople follow-up with you but arent pushy at all. The price you see on the website is what you pay for, theres no add-ons, they clean the car for you before you drive off, AND fill it up all the way with gas. They give you a free oil change as well. Honestly I was so frustrated with all the previous dealerships I went to with all the dishonesty and pushyness. I was literally about to give up, but Im so glad I came across Rydell! Im super happy with the car and everyone who helped!

So glad I passed on the extended warrantyMy Jeep had squeaky noise coming from one of the wheels so I called the dealership where I bought the car and was told the soonest I could bring the car in was in two weeks for an appointment and it took another three days to order the parts and fix the car.Huge hassle when they don’t tell you they will need to keep the car and you don’t have a way to get around.The repair didn’t last and the noise came back.Called the service department manager and he told me to bring it back and that I wouldn’t have to wait another two weeks, that he would move me to the front of the line and give me a car to use this time while mine was being repaired again.When I got to the dealership on a Monday morning no one in the service department knew anything about the manager’s front-of-the-line special and was told I had to wait two weeks for them to see it. After about 45 minutes of tracking the guy down they were able to locate the manager by phone and agreed to take my car.“Should be finished in two or three days” they said.I called back on Friday to see how my car was coming along and the Rydell Service Manager had no idea my car was even in his dealership. It was literally sitting somewhere on the lot all week without anyone in the Rydell Service Department knowing my car needed service.Unbelievable.So they hastily check the car out, ordered new parts and slapped the repair together the following Monday.The Rydell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service Department is a complete joke.
They have great prices. I really liked my salesman Omar Espinoza. The process went fast. I love my Gladiator. I would recommend getting an OTD quote via PDF or similar before coming in. It would make the process go smoother from my experience.

He insisted on getting some irrelevant information and was very rude.He said he doesnt know that information until they get the car (apparently the car was in transit), this is a big fat lie, both money factor and residual value is said by the manufacturer and both are known, they are not set for each car individually.There are ton of other dealerships I recommend you to go but Rydell is not one of them.Update: need to add an update as Rydell is right about lenders setting MF and residuals (my bad) but they are lying again about MF and residual changing during the month. They do change but not as frequently as they say.

This was one of many dealerships i dealt with before ordering a new Ram and they told me what i wanted to hear and the price was right, even though this dealership was about 40 miles from my home and there was at least 4 other ram dealers between my place and this one. When the time came to pick it up, the process couldnt have been easier. They let me know about a week out, when I showed up Juan had the paperwork ready, i made a few adjustments, he revised it, came back, liked what i saw, signed my name with the finance guy about a dozen times and was on my way after the orientation they must give on a new car. The longest part was waiting for the customer ahead of me to finish up. I was out in about 90 minutes and i couldnt have left happier. Most of, although not all the dealers i dealt with before them had either sales reps that didnt know what they were talking about and gave incorrect info, or had the stereotypical douche car salesman that was pushy and arrogant. I have neither the time for that, nor the inclination to spend my money at a place like that. I genuinely felt like they did me right when i left there. Talk to Juan, hes your guy.
Serviced my 2019 RAM twice at this dealership. I traveled past 2 other dealers because of poor experience with Service Departments. Cant say enough good things.
