I just want to take a few minutes and thank the pharmacy department. They had excellent customer service and were able to meet my need even tho they did not have the medication in. Some how they were able to work some thing out so I can leave with peace of mind. Thank you so much!
Great employees, pharmacist Caroline is great at her job, when she gives you any shot you don’t feel a thing
They have a sing with Vaccine appointments and walks in Vaccine but in the end like every place is only by appointments they never have time !!!!
Great staff, well-stocked
In to fill a prescription, I had an issue and pharmacist went the extra mile and made sure she cleared everything up so I can get it filled. Was at Thrifty pharmacy earlier with same issue, the pharmacist could care less and told me theres nothing they could do, prescription was written wrong, when in fact it wasnt, they read it wrong.
Herman is the greatest! I dont go to this location very often, but was there a few days ago. Its been a sad time, but he was so friendly and nice, brightened my day and lifted my spirits. It just seemed like he was happy to be working and serving customers., giving them full attention.
The pharmacy used to be great but in the past 6 months customer service has disappeared. They dont have a medication in stock and instead of calling me let me know, they just let my prescription sit there for days until I call in. They dont let you know that the drive-through does Covid testing so instead of being quick and easy, you will sit behind one car for 30 minutes until theyre testing is done in order for you to pick up your medications. It would be nice for them to put out a sign letting people know that wait times will be very extended. I didnt know they do testing through the drive-thru. Once you drive in theres no way of backing up if someone is behind you. The store itself is also lacking. No returns without receipt. No good clearance mark downs. 10% sales tax because its in San Fernando. Sale items are always out of stock.
The best pharmacy in SF CITY without a doubt. Very neat and clean inside. Also the staff is nice too. it also has a drive thru pharmacy.
Theres someone by the name of michelle that works there very rude..and disrespectful poor customer service I. Came and a spoke to her went and did a lil shopping. I was nxt up spoke again she completely ignored me ..and was throwing my items as she rang them up..as I was walking at there was a guy and he said to me shes rude isnt she ..I said oh I thought it was just me...she needs to be dealt with
First off delayed review as I just picked up bottle to see if my 11 year would benefit. Second, very disappointed as this is a fairly new location. My husband has been raving about zicam (cvs brand), He immediately started regimen to prevent long term cold symptoms. Today is 4th day, as I grabbed bottled to ensure it was safe for child, I realized product was expired buy 2 months! In retail, especially when dealing with health treatments or aids, shelves should be checked regularly to ensure accuracy and safety. I wondered why, after almost 4 days there didn’t appear to be a change in husbands condition, when usually this works for him. Date Factor or not, CVS is not a resale or discount mart. We pay the full price, we should get an unexpired item.
Very sad, everything was sold out and empty.
