At this time instead of focusing on taking one group/family and helping fast staff of 3 each take a group and they move slow. Not very smart. Too many people in a tiny space. How do you mess up ice cream? Service

Absolutely enjoy going to this particular Baskin-Robbins, every time I have went the customer service is above and beyond. Super friendly associates and also very clean. Highly recommend for the customer service alone.

Ordered a double scoop hot fudge sundae, two of the smallest scoops & dont even get me started on the amount of hot fudge, definitely not worth the $5 & change. Id hate to see what the single scoop would look like. It was the sorriest sundae Ive ever had, this location is convenient but I think Ill stick to the San Fernando location.

Like most BR, this place is small & it has a small parking lot across the walkway from a top tier Nail Salon.The staff is very attentive & knowledgable about the flavours. The ice cream is great and the number of options to eat the ice cream inclined me to give this location 5 stars

Small spot no sitting area way to busy you dont know where the line starts or where too pay.. need more control, lines of order, pick up and pay or maybe give numbers dont recommend this one sorry...

The employers have attitude when they answer the phone. I called to speak to the manager to see if the are hiring and the lady who answered gave me an attitude saying hes not in and they arent hiring. This is the last time I go there for any service I dont need to go spend my money on people who are going to be giving attitude when Im simply asking a simple question.

I took my kids up there it was very nice even gave us a little extra ice cream also they have chairs indoors and Outdoors for you can relax and eat

Very friendly staff, greeted us and welcomed us to the store, very patient with us deciding. One kid in my party accidentally dropped their cone, they quickly gave us a new one, with a smile on their face!

The snow is very good, they have 31 different flavors.The staff of this establishment is very friendly, they welcome you with a smile. They keep this place clean, you cant even eat inside the ice cream shop, nor do they have chairs outside yet, so take everything to take away.They have ample parking.
