The guys and gals in the auto center part are really helpful, just good customer service despite how busy it was.

I went today to change my oil waited in the car 15 minutes then an attendant came to my car. Sorry we are no longer taking cars today because we are under staffed. Over the past month they have been closed several times in San Jacinto. Walmart needs to hire people that want to work and take care of customers. Last time I got an oil change I was low on oil actually pulling right out of there that day checked for a link no link all I need to do is add a little more oil and I was fine until my next oil change. Lately however...it seems like theyve been closing early even 2 hours before closing hours for Auto Care even when inquiring when do they close they seem very iffy not very confident in taking my vehicle there anymore...

Value for the money, but super slow. Have no idea how they make any money. If this where my shop i would close it or get a better shop manager

Three stars is all they get from me store hours say they open at 7am and their still not open for service at that time. They have 5 cars waiting and their not open

No one ever answers the phone. Also says they open at 7am Yet, 7:30, a line and nothing is open. Hemet location isn’t any better.

Called four times in a row and never got an answer at the automotive department. This place has the worst customer service ever. If you need to get a hold of somebody In the automotive department good luck. I will be going elsewhere.

Well I was there in the early morning and the early folks were very curtious and happy.lets face it though, its mainly us the customers that are the problem for the most part. Im very nice and engage in conversation very quickly and nice people tend to engage better at this time I guess.

Almost 3hrs later & still waiting on oil change, staff is friendly but sheesh def need more staff out there or just stop taking cars in. At least tell them all it’s a 2hr min wait!!!! This is so rediculous

Worst Oil and Tire shop in town. Takes 2 hrs to do a oil change. They are never open on time and employees have the worst customer service. How hard is it to do your job? Just want to get paid for showing or clocking into work.
