This is the third time I bought something at this furniture store its great .the saleslady very friendly the prices are better then big lots. If you have to have it divered big lots fee is 50.00 .bucks this store only. charges 30.00..i would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a bed,couch or dining table.

No customer service skills..ivon or evon woman at store very rude has no manners or home training and very mouthy..manager is not a man of his word..we were supposed to pick up our couches already assembled and wrapped in plastic ready for pick up..we get there and the woman is rude and says its not assembled and does not have the keys to open where our sofa is to take the boxes and assemble at home since the man pedro didnt..then have us waiting there and spoke the woman spoke to pedro he said he would deliver by midnight..oh hell no...then we leave n come back at 7 before they close to speak to the man in charge in person and whom we did business with to find the women found the keys and is trying to assemble our couch herself without calling us and gives more attitude..DO NOT BUY HERE!!!UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIERS!!! BEWARE
