The workers are really nice one worker she was young tall and skinny she had a hat and a mask and I didn’t get her name but she was the sweetest! I didn’t have enough money to get my niece an ice cream but she offered to pay the amount I didn’t have. I’m so thankful.

First time here and I LOVE IT! The corn in a cup was excellent and their Mangoneadas, simply DELICIOUS! The only down part is not enough seats! During hot weather, the place to go!

I want to say this the first picture was the display cake that I saw when I first walked into the ice cream shop usually when you order something it doesn’t look as good as the display but my experience with purchasing my birthday cake from here was excellent and honestly it made my whole birthday I don’t like cake and I was able to customize which ice cream I wanted inside the cake and what color I wanted the roses and what kind of bread I wanted for the cake as well knowing was the cake excellent and tasted amazing it was beautiful every time I buy my sweets here they never disappoint thank you so much for giving me this amazing birthday present and the price was unbelievable

Unfortunately I chose to not purchase from this establishment. Was there for 5 minutes, one person ahead of me had ordered. Zero acknowledgement of my presence, and a second woman came out to work on the first order. She also ignored me. This might not be a big deal for some, but two people working on one order, ignoring customers who come in is a negative mark in my book. All they had to do is say hello, well be with you shortly and I would have made a purchase.

Delicious snacks. Fruit is always fresh and sweet. Mangonadas are amazing and delicious. Corn in a cup is savory and a great option for sharing. The ice cream is rich and flavorful. The employees are always nice and quick.

Had the strawberry cheesecake popsicle, kiwi strawberry and oreo cookie popsicle. All of them were delicious especially in the hot weather. They have a vast selection of ice cream and shakes I never knew they serve here.

Vonia is an excellent person to have help this company! The deserts are always great, but to have a great person with a great character like hers is definitely a plus! Love it!!!

Every time I come here, It makes me happy. Theyve always been so polite and helpful with questions. Their ice creams have always been fantastic, and It kinda addicting! They always have a huge variety of ice cream, and other items like elote, and cakes. I love to come here for dessert because everything is always fresh and delicious and its a wonderful place to get something cold to cool off with, or to just crave that sweet tooth your having. Did I mention that a lot of their stuff is naturally made? It makes it so much better!

This is the best LA Michoacana I have ever been to. Place is clean workers are nice and most of them serve you generous portions. I love coming here! The line to be helped wraps around inside and sometimes it goes outside the doors during the summer but thats because this place is so good and so worth it! Most people dont mind waiting!! Def worth the wait!!!

MUCH better than the one off of Esplanade, well be coming to this one for our ice cream fix from here on out. Theyre generous with their portions, dont act annoyed by your presence, and each ice cream has awesome chunks of their flavors blended in. The other location was great until we came to this one and realized how much weve been missing out. Its great to see that their ice cream has actual aesthetic and presentation. They also have way more to offer if you want baked goods as well, with a variety of cakes and cupcakes and all that on top of the other Mexican delights they offer.

Oh my goodness, this place is amazing. My wife has been telling me about it for the past year everytime she visits her mom in California but having tried it myself... awesome! Very very very bad service. Was waiting patiently in line with my wife, it became our turn and the guy behind the counter skipped us and helped his little friend that works at McDonalds. Never came back ti to ask what we needed or an apology. I will report this guy and make sure he gets reprimanded. Never will return here. NEVER

Very good but I had their cream and strawberry drink and the cream was bad... that was nasty. Besides that the food is good. The servers have an attitude every time but I understand its alot of pressure. Horrible set up as far as you try to order and by the time you get to the front I you see something that you like and its too late to order.

This place has bad business practices. I only wanted one chamoy apple by the cash register which is a quick and easy sale but I was told to wait in a long line of people that were getting ice cream. What does me wanting an apple have to do with people wanting ice cream? That was not good customer service. Or perhaps, it had something to do with me being non-hispanic. Hmm? Of course, I did what any person with some sense would do, I walked out the store. Nevertheless, I will not be returning back to this place again. They can keep their apples! All 10 of them that were sitting there unsold.

This was my first time in the Hemet location! I go to this business for the elotes mainly. My sister and I were ignored because of our skin color! They literally helped people behind us, and just waited until we left! This was the most racist experience I have ever had! Crazy how awful that was! That was the determining factor ... I will never step foot in one of these business again!!
