Excellent service and very helpful staff.I was return shipping several online purchases.I emailed to PostalAnnex the online return information given me by the companies I had purchased from.The knowledgeable and polite staff printed and attached my return labels, then taped closed my boxes.Quick and easy…I will use the shipping services of this PostalAnnex again in the future. Sent first class envelope to my work headquarters with important paperwork on the 3rd and they still have not received. Also won a prize for the California lottery that had to be mailed in which I did certified and they still have not received three months ago sent. After reading the reviews I know that using this mail center is not good for service paid for.

Been going here since 2016. Havent had any real issues. Every one here is polite and they try to do their best. I really like the music they play as well. Thank you Henry! And everyone else for checking my pobox when i call. You guys are great!!!
I have brought several packages for shipping and come find out that some packages were tampered with and items removed and sent with no items sent to the customer. I know it’s one of the new employees because if it was the post office, I would receive email on them removing my package. It is One of the new employees. The owner is very nice, kind and considerate. I have never had a problem with him. But this one employee, a young Man believes these items are his. I have seen him Snicker at me. And that gave me the impression something was up. Then Buyers began to call me. Mad. Because of receiving an empty package. This is very unacceptable. Since changing Depots, I have not had any issues since. I will be removing my mailbox as well. I hope people who go there read this. This is sooooooo unacceptable. I plan on speaking with the owner and removing my PO BOX that I pay for about $200 plus because my packages are big. I can find another mail depot to go to. I am so very mad at this DEPOT. They have been loyal for over a year and then they bring in new employees and this happens
I genuinely do not like giving bad reviews, but I will NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. The manager Henry has terrible customer service, he literally yelled at me and couldnt hide his frustration because my fingerprinting wasnt taking... He was doing two other things while also helping me, no wonder I couldnt understand what he wanted me to do. NEVER AGAIN!

Night and day difference since Henry took over. The last guy who ran it seemed like he didnt want to be there and that you were being an inconvience to him if you needed something. Now that hes gone, I got a mailbox there because of all the package thefts, and they remember me by name. Very nice and attentive staff. They have really turned this place around.
Such a great place with a great staff. There all new people and a new owner. I am super satisfied with them and even bought a mailbox there. AMAZING!
Un professional. the kid that was working took 5 minutes to end his personal phone call on his cell phone before he could be bothered to help me- eventually telling me I needed to go to an actual ups store to process my shipment.
After getting hit with a last minute time sensitive form that needed to be notarized I called postal annex at about 6pm. The site says they are open till 730 pm however,After calling a second time and speaking with Michael, he told me they actually close at 630 and I just missed it. Even though his shift was up and he was clear to go home, he told me he would hold over and help me out with the notary. He ended up holding over about 40 mins to complete the notary and was professional the whole time. He is a great asset to postal annex and takes care of his customers.
Initally a 1 for not answering the phone, it just rings. Next call the guy answered. On my visit he greeted me, put some tape on the box, made sure I had the tracking number. Peace out!
VERY UNWELCOMING. This is not my first time visiting and each time I am rarely spoken to. I am actually suprised to read of pleasant reviews.
The other two reviews must have been left by people who were high. Jim and his staff are some of the nicest business owners in the area. Customer service is spot on I no longer have a need to go to the post office for anything.

Worst place ever the owner Dale Hailberger is rude racist, never go here he is only nice to certain people. If I could give negative stars I would. It is not the first time I have gone in and he has been rude... So much for hope in people and thinking they are having a bad day and that is why they are rude. NOPE you cant have a bad day everyday !!!!!!!
