One thing the public may not know about the people at Tropicana liquors they have a no nonsense kind of attitude when they help you very accommodating when it comes to your preference of drink also theres a catering truck in the parking lot Vanessas its a orange truck they make the best hot dogs ever if you been in San Jose as long as I have 50 plus years youll remember the orange dome off of mckee I believe it may still be there as a kid I thought there hot dogs were the best but Vanessas catering truck at Tropicana liquors has the best hot dogs Ive ever had including better then kansas city chiefs game As game 49ns game even raiders game give yourself a treat & pick up a great freshly made hot dog from the orange truck at Tropicana liquors truck arrives after 4/5pm every day of the week you might even see me there I go by at least once a week.

They always take care of their customers.... theyre lottery tickets are pretty much always in stock & winning!! Theyre good people!

Everything is behind the counter that I cant view because everything is too high in front of the counter. I was going in to buy a bottle of something but not knowing what I asked if I could go behind the counter cuz I couldnt see from in front of the counter. Im a female and a tank top and high heels and he would not let me back there to look at the bottles they were not even labeled visibly for me to see from the distance. I left the store and now I need to go to somewhere else more user-friendly. Very unaccommodating

You can get beer, hard liquor, cigarettes. Pick your lottery tickets or scratchers. Its a busy store and the guys are quick. You can get in an out!!!
