A no nonsense place, staff know their product well and good prices.

Perhaps nice to contractors (am not rating on that), but to general public (house owner looking for tile/materials), they were very bad with helping and understanding my need. No care or even attempt to be helpful. Despite not having any customers in front me and having all the time to potentially help.I was very disappointed and will be glad to take my money and business elsewhere.You are selling tile not complex parts... so relax a bit please.
