Luis is a breath of fresh air, so patient and helpful. Worth driving out of your way for good, professional service which is rare these days.

Kyler was a huge help with updating my new iphone while the apple store was completely unhelpful. Kayla at the AT&T store was also helpful. Great customer service, very knowledgeable.

Luis was so helpful! Right when I walked in he had a few other customers but he immediately excused himself from them and asked if I had a quick question, which I knew my issue was going to take awhile so I said Ill wait. He went back to assisting the other customer. When they were finished, Luis was quick to jump into helping me transfer my phone onto a family plan from Verizon. He communicated clearly what information I needed to provide and made the process smooth. Thank you Luis for all your hard work, you have one VERY happy customer.

Tonight we went into this store and Kyler Weiss helped us. Previously we went to the Dana point store where we received less than ok service. They didn’t really want to help because we wanted to upgrade our phones. They told us we had no upgrades but every single device was on upgrade status. Anyway we decided to go to San Juan AT&T to help get our phones and iPads set up that we bought at Apple store. Kyler was FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and explained that yes did did have an upgrade but the other store had put it on lock. That was to force us to come back to that other store. He was able to remove it so we could set up our devices. We also were able to get the plug boxes that the other store didn’t help us with.AT ALL. We will definitely go back and ask for Kyler to help us when we upgrade our other iPad. Thanks again Kyler for helping us even though we didn’t buy our devices from you!!!

This location is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Buying a phone can be such a pain in the butt especially since it’s transferring my information that is so crucial at nowadays. I’m trusting people to help you with that can be tricky. Both gentlemen I met at this location have the same name Luis. And either of them are such wonderful patient humans. So in love with my new phone the 12!!!!I live in Aliso Viejo, there is an AT&T next to my place. But I’d rather drive all this way because customer service is something that is second to none. Super grateful. I advise anyone to come to this location!!!

This is the best AT&T store I’ve ever been too. I came in with very difficult problems no one else at an AT&T store or on the phone could solve, but Luis Paredes and Chris Navarro dedicated themselves to making sure my fiancée and I had our accounts and devices completely set up and all our issues resolved before sending us off. Not only that, but they stayed a very long time after closing to do so, ensuring we were totally satisfied. If not for these two, I would have been ready to give up. Thank you again, gentlemen!

I do not do reviews very often so when i see good service, i do like to commend on job well done. Jonathan is a valuable employee! U should hang on to him. 3rd time in there now and he was able to yet again fix my issues i was having on my account of 5 phones as well as swap out another chip. Spend over 1hour with Luis. He was extremely helpful and really tried to find out why I couldn’t connect to the internet with cellular service. Their solution was for me to get a new iPhone. This was ridiculous as the problem was not the phone it was ATT as the cellular provider. My case was “referred” to the “engineers” and I was to get a call(never came). I fixed the problem when I found out that ATT DOES NOT support cellular service when a VPN Internet protective applications are used. After over 10 years with ATT I am seriously considering changing cellular service.

Best experience Ive had with AT&T. Would highly recommend Chris at the San Juan Capistrano,CA store. Knowledgeable, honest, helpful and patient with all our changes. Thanks Chris!!!

Great place to pay your bill. Fast and easy. Very helpful and courteous clerks. Displays are organized perfectly.

I went to pay yesterday my home services. And AT&T again, with his fraudulent activities. They charged me for the amount of 101.98. And according to them even though my bank account reflected that AT&T took the funds... they claim none were taken. To add to the problem. Costumer service reps and supervisor washed their hands and said it was my bank problem. I have pictures and proof. I would not visit this store or any of AT&T services.

My complaint is the AT&T corporate stores do not share the same computer network for information with the Authorized Retailers. I am going to only go to corporate stores.
