I worked with Nick Callaway on my project to get my jean jackets embroidered for my wedding party. He was extremely personable and professional from the beginning. When choosing the type of denim I wanted and needed, he provided multiple options from his vendors and also helped confirm the jacket I ended up choosing. I provided him with a few pinterest inspirational drawings, and he advised the type of design, print, format, size, and put me in touch with his graphic designer to finalize the artwork. I live across the country, and FaceFirst Inc was a pleasure to work with - given their great staff, communication, and promptness, I would highly recommend FaceFirst, Inc to anyone!

I just had a shirt printed here, and the owner was willing to cooperate with me, operating on an NDA! They respected that my own design belongs to me. My intellectual property is more important to me than the average customer, so it was good to be able to discuss that with them and agree to terms.It was most likely not the usual customer request, but I have every faith my original design is safe as a result of the business that took place today. I dont expect any variants of it, or any strangeness from them.I would keep my eye on this company! Well done.

I was looking for someone that could do a very small run of printed swim caps (5). This the only business I could find (in the English speaking world). Their website was easy to use and the staff the staff there, particularly Gretchen, was really helpful especially when finding the best way to ship to a rural location in Australia. Their pricing is very good considering the size of the run and the finished product was just as expected. Great job guys. I cant begin to say enough about JB and Face First. If I could give them a 10, I would!! Last year when I wanted to create a t-shirt and backpack for my grandson they came to the rescue and did an AMAZING job with Camp Nana. Fantastic service!! They totally saved me! I could not get to their shop in time, due to a family emergency I had to tend to, in order to pick up my shirts on a Friday that were essential to our Modern Neuropathy booth at the UCLA Kidney Health Fair event over the weekend. They are not open on weekends. Therefore, I frantically left messages at every contact I could find. Someone called me back on Saturday morning and kindly offered to go to the shop and open up to get the shirts. I am incredibly grateful to FaceFirst for being flexible and customer-centered. They are fantastic!! Will definitely be ordering from them anytime I have screen-printing needs. The shirts were beautiful and high-quality too!!
