Where do I start? Ken from Capistrano Hardwoods, Inc is awesome. We are working on our home and he has been helpful in every way. He is patient, kind, understanding and respectful in every way.If you have not done business with him you are missing out. If you need windows or doors, mouldings, door hardware, custom work, and really cool stuff that I don’t even know what do to with you have to try to work with them.

My opinion is that guy aaron Kinley is a tool. I love a business that cares enough for its customers to offer licorice. This business does nothing but offer a good and friendly service for its clients. I had a great experience. Premium craftsmanship. Peace and love! ✌🏻

I was shopping for local sheet goods and they have it. Friendly and helpful counter staff. I will likely purchase there in the future.

Poor customer service. No masks on any employees, large tub of red vines on the counter for people to stick their hands in. Not what you want to see during a pandemic. Also the prices were rediculous!we ended up leaving and going to another store.

These guys have the REAL DEAL! And they are friendly and helpful. I go there for all my hardwood needs.

Walked in, stepped up to the counter, was greeted w/a smile & they jumped right in to help us. I needed 5 items, they had them all. Met some other Trade Guys & talked some shop... that was cool. Was in & out in 15 minutes. This is not the first time I have had the same kind of easy good experience here. This place had not only the teak wood I needed (they had several boards with varying thicknesses), they made all the cuts I needed and beveled the edges. I have a shop at home but it was sure nice to have them do the work. Best service Ive seen from any lumber store!!

A great store. I went to another lumber yard and could not find what I was looking for. I headed to Capistrano Hardwoods and they had a huge selection of hardwoods in various sizes. Great staff. Friendly and they were able to help me with what I needed.
