The staff is excellent and extremely knowledgeable about different varieties and what they have in stock. Sizes vary from flats to 48 boxes. To the best of my knowledge its wholesale only.

I was overcharged for the 29 plants we purchased at DM Color. When we noticed that we were missing one plant we called and spoke to Jose, the manager. We told him that we spent $500 and were missing 1 plant and wanted to know if we can stop by to pick up the 5 gal. Plant that we did not get. Jose said “why are you crying about one plant that you did not get”?I said why would you be so rude and say that?Jose said no and hung up on us.There is zero customer service at DM Colir in San Juan Capistrano. They overcharge you and then are completely rude when you call nicely and tell them. We have been loyal customers of DM color for 20 years. WE WILL NEVER GO Back to buy plants there again.They are dishonest, rude and overcharge their customers!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive bought from these guy for almost 3 years and the one time I forget to put 1 flat into my truck they dont even want to give me store credit? And they couldnt even give me a simple answer why? You just lost a loyal customer!
