Okay so this company was absolutely great I had a race coming up I ordered a 42 tooth sprocket for some extra leg room and the long straights over at homestead international speedway and Sebring over the last month and they quickly contact me and let me know that the 42 tooth wasnt going to be in stock and they had the 43 tooth for me right away and that they could ship it to me instantly great guys to deal with theyre really not to the park and got me my product ASAP when I needed it and they were very clean clear and concise when it came to talking to me back and forth and getting everything arranged absolutely great company to deal with they deserve your money and the pricing is absolutely phenomenal and they carry products that a lot of other suppliers dont happen to have in stock theyre extremely resourceful I suggest you use them.

Tremendous customer service. I ordered a part from them and it was missing a piece, which wasnt their fault. They called the manufacturer as soon as I brought it to their attention and the missing piece was air mailed to me the next day.Also good to note that the tracking number for the part was sent to me shortly after I got off the phone with them.We will definitely be using this place again.

This was my first experience purchasing parts from Solomoto and I wouldnt hesitate using them again. The original part I ordered hadnt shipped within the expected shipping window so I contacted them via e-mail. I had a response the same day saying the part wasnt available due to supply issues, so they quickly got me set up with a suitable replacement. The best price, quick shipping and constant, ongoing communication with Vince, the customer service rep. Overall, super pleased with the experience.

I called the company to see if they had a military discount. I spoke with Mike and before I placed the order he wanted to make sure they had it in stock. He called back confirming they did. This place has the selection of a very large retailer but with the customer service of a small town business. I hate not being able to get ahold of someone when you have a question or problem and so I really appreciate that Motorcycle Dot goes the extra mile when you need them!
